I broke the screen on my iPad and David came and fixed it. He was very prompt and did a great job for a very fair price. I would definitely recommend him. He knows Apple products very well. I will use him again and will when my iPhone breaks.

Yesterday afternoon (Saturday August 8) I made the unfortunate mistake of hopping out of my truck with my iPhone 6Plus in my lap causing it fall screen down onto the pavement and rocks. I scheduled an appointment with Mobile Device Docs who provided me with a terrible experience so I promptly cancelled my appointment with them. A short while later I spoke with Dave at Mac It Better which turned out to be a blessing! Although it was $ 10 more than the other guys, I will pay that little extra every day of the week to receive the quality repair and great customer service that Dave provides. He was at my house an hour after I spoke with him and completed the repair in under 30 minutes. All around great guy; personable, professional, and quick. Thanks again man, I will be referring anyone who needs a repair to Mac It Better!

I was referred by a friend and I’m glad I was. They ended up fixing my broken screen and the messed up vibrating thing that was going off randomly. I think they gave me a deal because it was a lot cheaper than other places I called. I hopefully won’t ever need their service again, but if I do, I know where to go.
