I have used services for nannies & housekeepers for 25 years. This company is awful. They do not do any due diligence on their prospects. They referred us a nanny to do housekeeping & care for our 6 & 7 year old kids in Highland Park. They were constantly calling me for their $ 1400 referral fee! What they failed to do was tell us that this person who was very nice DID NOT READ Or WRITE! Not only was she unable to communicate she was unable to work with my kids. What made this even worse & potentially fatal was her buying muffin with pecans in it. With a daughter with a nut allergy. When confronted she said it had pecans not nuts ! Of course since letting her go those frequent calls from Traycee seemed not to happen! Have not heard from them since they were paid. DO NOT USE THEM for many reasons mostly your child’s safety
