We have been customers of Canine Coiffures since 1984! That is a lot of dogs! Our experience with the owner, David is almost like family in the way he cares for our dogs. They always come home happy and are always excited to see the Canine truck which picks them up. Presently, we have 2 golden doodles and people actually stop us in the street to ask where they are groomed… gorgeous! It is an understatement to say how pleased we are with the services of Canine!

We took our Aussie here on July 3 on 5 mins notice because we couldn’t get him in anywhere else. The owner was super friendly and got us right in! We were a little cautious due to the bad Unilocal reviews (and I worried all day) but when we went back to pick our boy up, we were so happy. Merle was in a great mood, obviously had a good time, was super clean and fresh and even had a 4^th of July bandana around his neck! Granted, he didn’t require any shaping, but his nails were well done and the fur in between his pads was cleanly clipped and he’s ready to party. The shop has been in business 40 years and I can see why. We will definitely go again for Merle’s spa days!

This place is inexpensive for boarding and they do a good job of grooming.
2015– Cheap, yes, but after a few time there my dog came back with a cough and shaking. I will no longer go to Canine Coiffer.

If I could give 0 stars, I would.
We have taken our goldendoodle here for a couple of years for her grooming. She was groomed yesterday and woke up in the morning and wouldn’t put weight on her hind foot. They didn’t mention anything when they dropped her off and I just assumed that her nail was cut too short.
Boy was I wrong! I called to let the owner know that I wasn’t happy that we weren’t informed of her nail being cut short and he stated «Oh I forgot to tell you, her entire nail was ripped out. You should probably take her to the vet.» Apparently her foot was caught on something while in their care and her entire nail was ripped out!
I can’t tell you how terrible I feel for trusting our beloved family pet with such careless and callous people. Needless to say, we won’t be coming back.

Horrible!!, Terrible place to board you dog.!! If their was less then 0, they wouldn’t even deserve that. We boarded our pug for close to 2 weeks, left emergency numbers for them to call if there was a problem, when we picked him up and asked if there were any problems, the response from the owner was no. The dog was bumping into walls, we called the vet within a ½ hr of getting him home, had to immediately take him to our vet, who said the dog had severe corneal ulcers to his eyes caused from something splashing into his eyes! He then had to be seen by special eye vet to try to save his eye and vision, with little to no success. The owner then denied taking any responsibility for my expensive visits to the eye vet or our vet, ignored numerous letters for expenses from myself or our lawyer. Not only did the dog loss any functioning eyesight, our disabled daughter lost the companionship of her beloved pug due to their gross negligence! IF YOU LOvE YOUR ANiMAL AND VALUE HIS LIFE, DON’T BRING THEM ANYWHERE NEAR THIS PLACE

Eh, just okay. We had our dog go here a few times and they always seem to have to shave him rather than give him a short cut and it’s always the same reason, he is too matted. So we took him to another place and they were able to comb him out and NOT shave him. Makes me wonder if this place is just lazy or what.
Like I mentioned above, it’s just OK. We were recommended by someone who has been going here for years and years so there are people who love it… just not us.
I don’t think it’s a place for small dogs but that’s just my opinion.
