Terrible experience. I walked in with good strong nails. I walked out with two broken nails, a new ouchy hangnail, a very shoddy French tip job with bumps, crackles and uneven ends and a wet lap where she set the towel to do my manicure at the same time as my pedicure was taking place. The guy doing my toes was only half paying attention and mostly watching the golf game. When I pointed out that he dropped a metal file in where my feet were soaking he said«I know.» and then dropped in a second one. She forgot to do my scrub so did it belatedly after my nails were painted– I had to wash my hands then and couldn’t get the grit out from under my nails all afternoon. I didn’t see licenses displayed on anyone’s station. Now I am out a good chunk of change and am wearing bandaids on two fingers. But there is no way I would want to step foot back in there for a fix even.

Should have avoided. They really rushed through it. Got a French pedi and it looked awful. The clear polish they used looked chunky when it dried. This is the first time I have ever told a pedicurist I was unhappy, but I was going to have to go and get it redone somewhere else. They re did it and it still doesn’t look great and will probably have it redone again. Ugh. So frustrating. What a waste of $.

Horrible! I will never return here. I came in asking for a rebase, and the manicurist rushed so bad doing my nails, that she didn’t realize she had filed my nail tips crooked. She barely even looked at my hands the whole time, and I walked out with acrylics all over my cuticles and finger tips, and my nails were so thick that they almost looked round. What a waste of money!

I would give them a 0 if possible one of the worst experiences, the lady doing my nails was rude and cut me didn’t even apologize for it and my nails look terrible, she was too lazy to wipe the paint around my nails. I wouldn’t not recommend this place to anyone

I would give this place 0 star if i could. Dirty place, they rush over clients a lot of times, poor quality, some manicurists there are really unprofessional too. I’ve had bad experiences with this place and my friends also have. Don’t go here ever! There are tons of better place out there

Love this place and love Kim! She does the best manicure I have ever had. And fast! But still to perfection! And pedicures.

I love Vogue Nails. I always go and see Lillian. She is professional, does excellent work and is super friendly. I never know exactly what I want until I get there… and she has great suggestions and I always get many compliments! Shellac lasts at least two weeks and my nails are never damaged when it is removed. Perfect!

I called ahead and made an appointment for myself and my two daughters to get mani/pedis. When we got there, they brought us right back. However, they started on one daughter’s nails while my other daughter and I waited. My pedicure started after my first daughter had moved on to her manicure. My second daughter’s pedicure started after my first daughter was done with both her mani and pedi. When it was time to pay, I found out that the lady had talked my 12-year-old into getting flowers and such painted on her nails at an extra charge. The lady had asked about flowers in the beginning, and I had said no. Also, through our entire time there, they kept pressuring us to select add-ons. We will not be going back there. I will say that the nail art on my daughter’s nails was nice.

I have been going to Vogue Nails for almost four years and have literally NEVER had a bad experience. I have gotten shellac manicures, pedicures, and full sets and they are all amazing! I recently stepped out and tried somewhere else and I will never go back there. Vogue is the place for me!

Honestly the lady rushed it and parts of my nails weren’t even painted. I wouldn’t recommend coming here. I’m here from California for four days and thought that getting my nails done would be a fun treat with the girls but I’m extremely disappointed and can’t wait to go home and just get them re done.

Had mani/pedi combo not that great. I didn’t get a massage with my service. Lady seemed to rush through my service. Won’t be returning.

I’ve been here a few times for shellac manicures. I’ve had both Danny and Taylor and they did a great job. I’ve been to 5 or 6 other places in the past 6 months looking for a good salon and there was always a small imperfection like a bubble or fuzz stuck on the polish. Finally I found Vogue Nails and I have had perfect shellac manicures – no bubbles and no chipping! They even let me soak my old shellac off instead of filing.

Love the shellac! They let you soak it off so no nail damage! Great staff, super friendly!

I love this place and go here very frequently. Generally speaking, I only get pedicures and I prefer to do my fingers myself since the few manicures I have gotten here I could have just done myself. However, I have gotten acrlyics done here in the past and was very pleased with them. During the summer, they discontinue their«daily specials», but in the fall/winter/spring they have pretty good deals on things like pedicures, full sets, rebases etc… This place does get very busy on the weekends, especially for pedicures but the wait is generally fairly short and they will at least seat you in a spa chair and start your water and bring you a magazine until they can start working on you. A basic pedicure is $ 23 + tip, which is very reasonable. They will try to talk you into one of the more expensive services(«what kind of pedicure would you like») but the basic one suits my purposes just fine. I’ve been to many, many a nail salon and I’ve found that about 90% of them have employees who answer cell phones and speak to each other in Vietnamese, so that doesn’t bother me as it may some people. I have noticed that most employees here have blue tooth headsets, so at least they don’t get up and walk away from you while they’re on the phone. Eh, compromise. Overall, I really love this place I think they’re clean, polite and I always leave satisfied.

My first time was great and I’ll be back again! They took the time to make my mani/pedi a great, relaxing experience. Just don’t go when they are busy or you’ll have to wait.

I’ve been to Vogue Nails twice now and have been very happy with the service and with the quality of my nails. I have read the other reviews(which were bad), but I wanted to say«give this place a chance.» I felt that the overall experience has been very positive. I like that it’s small, and not run like an assembly line.

This was by far the worst experience I have ever had! I have never seen worse customer service than I did here. They were extremely rude, barely acknowledging I was there. They had a special for a $ 19.99 pedicure and trust me it wasn’t even worth that. The polish on my pedicure was chipping after 3 days and little attention was paid to detail. The salon was also very dirty. Needless to say, I would never go back and will let everyone I know to stay far away from Vogue Nails!

I had the worst experience there. They were so rude. They would ignore me, talk on their phone, and walk away for a long period of time. The place was dirty and even though it was $ 15, I expected some respect and nails done better than I could do. Do not waste your time or money.
