Our first visit; and we will return frequently. Food is well prepared. A reasonably broad selection of high quality food choices. Atmosphere is conducive to conversation.

Healthy and consistent. Hard to get excited about anything on the menu though. It’s kind of like you’d expect food from your grandma that lives on a farm and has a garden. You know you should be eating it because it’s good for you, but «yum» is the farthest thing from your consciousness.

Probably one of the best choices so far in CO for lunch. They have local and seasonal food, freshly made and fast. It’s a little cafeteria style but the food makes your forget… locally sourced sodas, fresh salads and entrees provide a great mix of choices. It looks like it can get noisy and crowded at lunch, but there is outdoor seating when it is warm, it appears. I look forward to the next season’s offerings.

Food here is always solid when I’ve been here. Big fan of their flatiron salad and their pizzas. Great spot for lunch.

As always love the food at all Modern Markets. But for some reason this location has the worst customer service consistently.

We had breakfast here and really enjoyed it. The portion sizes were sensible (ie smaller than average) which didn’t leave you feeling bloated. The menu items were all made with healthy ingredients (nitrate free bacon, cage free eggs etc). It was also nice to see gluten free bread.
I’m a bit bummed we didn’t get to try lunch /​dinner.

Love this place! The Thai coconut salad is amazing, like a chicken spring roll with peanut sauce, and I LOVE the greens. I can never get enough of this salad and I don’t really care for salad.

8 – 10 workers behind counter. Wasn’t very busy. Took 20 mins to get my order. Freaking hair under the eggs! And the «barista» basically says oh no. That was it. No please allow me to give u a refund… a credit for next time. Nothing notta! Needless to say… will not be returning!

Awesome great food. I just wish they still had their seasonal carrots and the asparagus

This one is hard to write: The 4 in our party all really liked the sandwiches (Say 4 Stars) BUT we all hated, and even threw away our soups (Say 1 Star). So, since I’ll never go back because I hate throwing money away. I guess I’ll give this place 2 stars and warn you to stick with the sandwiches.

We’ve had the salads, sandwiches, and pizza and all are very good.
Clean and quick!

Positives
1. The food is always amazing. I usually get the BBQ pizza, or the chicken thighs dinner.
2. Mod Market has a great selection of gluten-​free menu items.
3. There is a lot of seating at this location and outdoor seating as well.
Downsides
1. Not much. Had a small portion take out once, but other than that, it’s been perfect.

It was good but not great. After everything I had heard here, I had high expectations. Maybe I just didn’t explore the menu more. I had a pizza which was decent. Don’t get me wrong, I will go back and try it again because I definitely want to give 5 stars.

The first several times I ate at ModMarket, I had a salad & pizza. It was good & I was definitely a regular.
Breakfast, though. Oh, breakfast is where ModMarket shines. I regret those many months of missed breakfast opportunities! I think back to the times I went to IHOP or Toast or … chick fil a… with regret. I could have been at ModMarket! I have no idea how they can cram so much delicious, filling, farm fresh food on one plate & for so few calories!
I love the nutrition facts on the receipt, love the earth friendly boxed water, the Izzy (more flavors, please ModMarket!), the fresh ingredients, and leaving satisfied & remaining satisfied for longer than an hour.
Highly recommend the egg, bacon, potatoes & toast at breakfast & the Santa Fe salad for lunch or dinner. The only «eh» thing I’ve eaten here was the mashed sweet potatoes. I felt they needed something else, some other flavor to compliment the sweet potatoes. Other than that, I really don’t think you can go wrong here.

Great salads!- huge portions. I also like their Pepe Pizza– however i asked them to add basil and was charged .95 and the pieces of basil were so little — it was probably one leaf chopped up for .95. not happy about that. The dough/​bread for the pizza is so so good! great healthy food– great place to come.

So healthy and delicious… Their menu has a lot of great choices salads, soups, flat bread pizza, sandwiches, and home style plates. They also have vino at $ 2 a glass yes please. Lots of choices and great flavor. Tip… on the receipt they give you 10 days to come back and enjoy 10% off your bill. But bring the receipt with you. Also they put all the nutritional values on the receipt. Btw they have breakfast.

Highlands Ranch, Colorado– Mod is fitting for the name of this modern and industrially decorated spot. We dig it. Michal loved his mushroom and kale pizza and my Thai tofu sandwich melded peanut, cilantro, fresh cucumber and carrot beautifully. Next time I’ll get extra peanut sauce and a smaller amount of tofu and it will be perfection.

I came here for some breakfast and got te Chipotle Egg sandwich and it was soooo good! Would definitely recommend it… However wanted to get a cinnamon waffle and their waffle machine was broke, so they only get 4 stars instead of 5. The place is nice and well kept though.

I had the privilege of attending an event here and must say I was very excited to do so, but even happier to see that this place offers a gluten free bread and pizza crust that taste delicious!
I work with many paleo peeps and I knew their first question will be about the breads.
I got to sample the gluten free mozzarella arugula which was my favorite with a close second on the basil chicken sandwich. The salmon club was tasty as well but I prefer my salmon sashimi style.
Also tasted the Superfood (yum! They say its their best seller and see why), the Farmer and Roasted Beet salads. Everyone at my table loved the Beet so as a non beet lover I tried it too. Beets are still not my bag but if they are yours-​get this!
Lastly I got to try the Crimini Kale, M’Rita and Prosciutto pizzas. The prosciutto was the standout with no sauce but the Gorgonzola and three cheese blend, arugula and pear.
They have ten salad options including build-​your-​own, six toasted sandwich options, several pizzas, soup, played (1 protein, 2 sides) and breakfast options including oats, scrambles sandwiches, waffles and plates.
Oh did I mention they have beer and wine?
The coolest thing ever? Boxed water.
Get here often and enjoy. I know I will!
