Came in at 3:38 with my thumb cut in half and they turned me away saying we close at 4 and aren’t taking anyone else, sorry. In humane.

The only reason I’m giving this place 2 stars as opposed to one is strictly because of the ladies who check you in. I visited this urgent are due to chronic pain and the check in process was easy and the women were very friendly. Dr. Adams, an older female, doctor was the one who «examined» me (Though «examined» is not the right word– more of «I will shine my flashlight at you and say what I have to say because I’m busy doing other things with other patients»). Needless to say, I paid my $ 30 copay for some rude, un-​personable «doctor» to tell me that I don’t have an infection but will prescribe antibiotics anyways (uhh???) but did nothing about my chronic pain. I would’ve rather spent $ 250 at the ER to get proper treatment.
