Everyone is very pleasant and cheerful. My therapist is consistently wonderful. I always leave feeling much better than when I came in. I would recommend Massage Heights over Massage Envy in a heartbeat. The level of professionalism is very high, as well as the level of experience. I look forward to every massage. I wish there were more locations nationally so more family and friends could enjoy Massage Heights, too!

We were members at massage envy previously. Massage envy was awful. We could never get in and they have 0 customer service. The managers are the worst!
I searched for another place and found massage heights. We love this place! Great customer service, great massage, great atmosphere, and T and Alex are awesome! They are so warm, sweet and welcoming!!! Thanks girls. Great customer service is hard to find these days. Hands down to both of you!

Went in to Massage Heights to get a massage. The front desk employees were very friendly and the the place was beautiful! My therapist was very helpful in showing me certain stretches to alleve some back pain I had. I also really enjoyed the heated beds!
Would recommend Massage Heights in Highlands Ranch.

I am so glad this place opened in Highlands Ranch. I love going to spas for a long time and the 90 minute massage I received at Massage Heights was the best one I have ever had by far. My therapist was attentive and knowledgeable and helped relieve some pain I have had in the back of my knee and my hip from an old running injury. I will definitely be going back and will be trying a facial as well. The atmosphere is relaxing and a lot more high end than other massage/​facial spas in the area. Staff is welcoming and helpful. They seem to really value all clients which makes a big difference. I look forward to my next visit!

Hands down the best massage I’ve ever had. Puts all other massage places to shame. By the time I was done I couldn’t wait to sign up for the monthly membership. If you’re anywhere in the Denver Metro area you have to try this place out. I promise you won’t regret it. Staff is unbelievable.
