They do great work, but expect to be nickle and dimed for every little thing.

I will stick to facts.
1) Kona remodeled our bathroom July-​Aug. 2009
2) less than 3 months later, by Nov., stress cracks appeared on the travertine floor, length of cracks have grown since then
3) we asked for remedy, Kona would only offer re-​surfacing and re-​sealing, but not replace cracked floor tiles
4) we believe stress cracks are result of improper install work, Kona disagrees; so we let small claims court decide
5) in Feb, 2010, judge agreed with us and awarded us an amount to fix the floor
6) as of this writing (March, 2010), Kona has not paid the judgment and refused our attempts at communication, while we still have the growing cracks on our bathroom floor
