I don’t know why I go back here. I wish we had a popeyes or churchs near Highlands Ranch. I went and got a 8 piece bucket and when I got home found the chicken to be old, dark and dry. This store needs a manager. This has been going on for several years so it appears the owner has no interest is quality. Wish kfc would take his store from him

This place sucks!!! I tried to order a 3 pics all legs extra crispy on a Tuesday night at 7:45 and was told I could not have 3 legs extra crispy because that all they had and INCASETHEYGOTANOTHERORDERTHEYCOULDGIVETHEMLEGS. I offered to wait and they refused to cook more??? I feel like they are trying to drive this restaurant out of business.

I have never left a review for a fast food place but felt it necessary this time. First, The food is what you would expect from a fast food place, and their drive-through speaker is very hard to hear. However, on this particular day I showed up 10 minutes early because I thought they opened at 10:30 rather than 11. When I saw the sign I started to pull forward but the drive-through attendant stop me and said that he could serve me, very politely I might add. His name is Rudy and he is why this KFC is getting four stars. He was very polite and courteous and I didn’t wait any extra time to get my food. KFC, you have a good employee in Rudy!!!

Why can’t I get a biscuit! And the spicy crunchy version. They were all out of both! And you’d have to wait. 16 minutes. It was football time and there’s no way we could miss that much time. And because there wasn’t enough food Emily didn’t have enough to eat before we started drinking. She had to call in sick! You did this KFC!

Probably the worst excuse for a restaurant or buisness. I Don’t even know how this location is open. The kids working the counter are so rude and don’t help at all. It has been this was for some time now and the owners management and corporate have not done anything.

What a poor excuse for a ‘restaurant’. Every once in a while, my kids really want their chicken, so I’m forced to go. The experience is always the same. They never have anything made. You are asked to wait and park until they ‘make it fresh for you’. I have ordered original recipe chicken, chicken strips, chicken nuggets, buckets of chicken — everything and it’s never made. Additionally, they never get the order correct. I have gotten home only to realize that half of my order is either wrong or missing at least 8 times. Each time, I call back and speak with a different ‘manager’ each time. They have me return and pick up the missing or incorrect items and make me feel like it’s my fault for not checking my order. The ‘managers’ are all kids that seem to be right out of high school and just passing the baton to each other to whoever want’s to deal with the upset customer. I’ve complained to the staff, the ‘managers’, their corporate 800 line and no one cares. My advice to you — run, don’t walk from this place. They don’t want your business.

I would almost give this trip a 2 star because they didn’t charge me for the cole slaw. Except the facts are that everything was cold, I had to wait for the«extra crispy» to finish cooking(and received only one piece that was actually extra crispy instead of half the order), the biscuits were undercooked and the mashed potato’s container was broken. The young guy helping me did apologize for the wait and was actually trying but in the end they failed. I worked at a KFC for a year and a half when I was a kid too and this food was a disaster compared to how I know it should be done. Next time it will be Rotisserie from the grocery store!

Ohhh dear. Something has changed at this KFC over the past year or so… and not in a good way.- Hubby was there about a month ago and saw a frustrated guy working the drive thru drop a piece of chicken on the floor, pick it up and put it in a bucket for a customer! Obviously grossed out, he asked for a refund on his order and left. Will never go back to this location! Yuck!

Ordered the 8 piece meal original. Got 4 thighs 2 drumsticks and 2 wings. Told no biscuits suggested corn. Said corn in 5 minutes. Said give me more mashed. Got Mac and cheese and green beans. The whole thing was messed up.

I tried writing the KFC Corp but didn’t get a response so maybe this will do it… doubtful. If you really want chicken go somewhere else. They never have the food you want, they are always out of something. Mind you, I was there at 7:10PM. I could certainly understand if it was 10PM. And this has happened on multiple occasions. This is definitely one of the worst run KFC’s. The last time I was there was Wednesday. I order regular chicken breast, and a chicken fried steak. They had run out of both. But I had already paid. I was floored. They weren’t cooking either of what they were out of at the time so I was pretty much out of luck. I asked for a refund and got a lot of attitude from man that was running the place. Plus they were using the Chicken tongs to pick up the cookies that customers were ordering. That just seems to be somewhat of a dangerous practice to me… I have been to other KFC’s that are friendly, happen to have the food on the menu, and seem to want your business.

It’s been a while since I’ve been to a KFC. I think it’s safe to say that it will be a while before I go back again. The ONLY good thing about this experience was the mashed potatoes. For some reason, I love KFC mashed potatoes and occasionally crave them. Dad and I stopped in after 9 on a Saturday night. We’d been working hard most of the day moving furniture and were starving and needed something quick. Since his girlfriend hates McDonald’s, we went for KFC. Only the drive thru was open, but that was okay. It took us a little while to determine what we wanted. I wasn’t paying too much attention, but Dad apparently thought it was expensive for what we ordered. When we got home, we found out why. The woman at the drive-thru upsold us on everything even though we were specific about what we wanted. Examples: I ordered 3 chicken strips and a small mashed potatoes. There must have been 7 strips in my box.(Although, admittedly only 3 were edible. You could tell they had been sitting for a long while.) I also got a huge thing of mashed potatoes, though we figured part of them were probably for Dad’s «meal.» Dad ordered 3 pieces of chicken — just the chicken, not the meal. What she gave us was the full-blown meal. The food quality was just not good. And, it’s unacceptable to have 2 of 3 orders not be correct.(Third was a pot pie — hard to mess up.) Next time, if there is a next time, I think it will be just for the mashed potatoes.

I cringed at rating this place with one star. Any advertisements you see on TV for KFC; you can rest assure this is the franchise location not participating. I don’t know why I keep punishing myself with this location, but every 6 or so months I relapse and return to this location hoping for better service. Most of the menu items are consistence with other location, but a lot of the time you can expect most menu items are not prepared and there is a 15 minute wait in the drive through. The up side to my poor experience is that it has motivated me to make my own wings at home instead of being on the verge of cardiac arrest with the very high salt content in there receipt. I am a gluten for punishment, so I will return solely on the convenience factor and my expectation are so low on their performance I doubt I will be shocked with future visits.
