We love the Dr’s and staff at HR Smiles. As soon as you walk in the receptionist greets you and welcomes you by name — before you even sign in! We first moved to HR a year ago and one of my crowns broke. I called HR Smiles and they fit me in that day! My son is in college out of state and they are always able to schedule him when he’s in town. My 13 year old daughter LOVES them too. My husband is not as regular as the rest of the family so when he went to get a tooth fixed by a previous dentist (3+ years ago) his experience was a little different. His tooth hurt a little longer than expected but I chock that up to not going on a regular basis:)
You can watch a move or listen to music while getting a cleaning or crown fixed.
Very clean and modern office.
I’ve had crowns, fillings, etc., at other dentist offices and the prices seem comparable to what we’ve paid in the past.
They BELIEVE in giving great customer service! Greet you by name, give new patients a thank you bag, send existing patients referral thank you’s, call you the next day to see if you have questions. What more could you ask for. Someone who CARES about their customers!

Yes, they are friendly and have a lovely office. But, you will get your care from a dental assistant or hygienist with little opportunity to provide input or question their recommendations. Try to question their recommendations and they will dismiss you as a patient. I’m a healthcare professional and will do what I can to educate others that they deserve better from their dentist. Do yourself a favor and look elsewhere.

Look, we all hate going to the dentist… let’s be honest. BUT. Highlands Ranch Smiles makes actually going to the dentist a GREAT experience!
The staff is super friendly and welcoming… they even have a gift for you if you are a new patient (hint: it’s a travel mug!). They even have a welcome board with the names of all the new patients for the day… so cool!
I saw Dr. Lundin and she is the most understanding and sweet doctor! She is patient and easy to feel comfortable around. If you are at all anxious about any type of dentalprocedure, she will make you feel at ease.
If you are looking for a dental home, I highly recommend!

Highlands Ranch Smiles deserves 6 stars! The staff is professional and courteous; the dentists are friendly and help put you at ease. They only discuss with you as much as you want to know and tailor your experience to your comfort level — all while bringing you to good health. I highly recommend them!

So So Sad EZ V’s review wasn’t posted before my visit to this dental office as THE EXACT SAME THING HAPPENED TO ME!!! They told me I needed this elaborate deep cleaning last September 2013… They supposedly «preauthorized» this procedure through my insurance and provided me with a statement stating that after my co-​pay my balance would be $ 0. I received a bill in JULY 2014 for 280.00 stating that was the balance that insurance did not cover. After calling and going around and around with Abby the office girl she said it took her almost a year with our insurance company going back and forth for her to finally send this bill to me? Past my flex spending time from last year? Almost a year later. My position was that it was faulty preauthorization on their behalf and they should write the balance off as they did in fact receive almost $ 700 from my insurance company as well as my copay. But I guess their position is that I need to buy them a new couch. They will upsell and upsell and scam you. Please Please Please do not trust this office. Do not be fooled by the fancy paraffin wax treatments because believe me you will end up paying in the end!

A dentist that I actually don’t mind visiting. The friendliest staff I’ve dealt with, perks to make the visit better (ie — paraffin hand treatment during cleaning; movies during procedures), email reminders, and high tech equipment. They really do everything they can to make a dentist visit something you don’t dread.
