Always out of whatever you ordered and be prepared to wait an eternity. On our last visit we waited ten minutes just for a server to introduce themselves, but that never happened. I had to beg for service and finally a bartender graciously agreed to help.

7:30pm waited 10 – 15 minutes without a greeting. Asked for a server and was told the kitchen is backed up and there’s a 45 minute wait for food. This location consistently provides the slowest and poorest service of any BWW and of any restaurant in Highlands Ranch. They really need to hire management that knows how to run a restaurant. Terrible service by Shaylyn, or should I say no service, we waited 30 minutes for our food and then my food went to the wrong table which I was very displeased about. And then after we were done, it took another 30 minutes for the bill an hour lunch break ended up being two hours. Would not want to go back if she was waiting us again.

I have been to this place 3 times because my kids love it. The food is OK, but the service is soooo slow. I thought maybe it was the date or time I went, but after 3 times with the same issue, I have concluded that they are just slow. The last time we went, we were seated by 7:15 and it took 45 minutes to get our food. Don’t go here if you have any time restraints on you.

Insanely loud. TVs everywhere — overkill, even for a sports bar. Took 20 minutes for waitress to take our order, another 30 for the food to arrive. Food was mediocre. We won’t be back.

We Ordered to go. We ordered Wings, hamburger, spinach artichoke dip. We picked it up and didn’t have he spinach artichoke dip and no fries with that he hamburger. That could’ve been our fault for assuming the hamburger came with fries. We had to go back and we had to wait about 20 minutes for that. Our wings ended up being cold since we had to go back and wait for he dip. Staff was friendly but seemed new and unsure of what they were doing.

I like the atmosphere for football games because of the amount of TVs and volume but the service has consistently been tetrible. The food is sub par, what you would expect from a chain restaurant. Mostly fried flour than chicken in the boneless wings. Everytime we go the service is slow and the wait staff aren’t very friendly

Sloooooooow. Good beer selection but they often seem to be out of beers listed on the beer list. Like the food and the staff was always friendly but just too slow to go back. Have been to other Buffalo WWs that are much quicker even when busy. This location is slow no matter what the crowd level is. Keyword: Slooooooooow.

Holy moly, my first 1 star review. We were seated right away but then promptly ignored by all waitstaff for 10 minutes while everyone around us was served. I even saw people taking breaks, catching our eye, then pretending not to see us without drinks or food. Finally our waitress apologized for the wait and promptly took our order. After waiting another 30 minutes(meanwhile watching people who came in after us get their food first) we received our order only to have it be incorrect. Wrong wing sauce and wrong type of chicken on my salad. I wouldn’t have even said anything but at this point I was hangry. Food was ok but service was horrific. Won’t come back here just because of that. BWW is one of our favorite places to eat but this location is out of the question. We spoke to the manager and ended up getting the meal comped which was appreciated but too late.

My kids love going here and that’s the only reason I go back! The foods OK. But on the last 4 visits they messed up at least one entreee. On Friday night when they messed up and gave my son hot wings, I said there was no way he’d eat that, the server shrugged and said«fine, but it will be 15minutes to replace» — it was more like 20! For their mistake? And then they have this guy who comes and asks how your meal was, when I told him, he said«I’m sorry about that» and pretty much walked off and talked to someone about something else. Might be time to find a new wing place that my kids like. Service is dreadful at this location!

We have been coming here since they opened. I have never seen a store that was so well managed to a complete disaster that currently exist. Today I chose to stop by in hopes that I had mis-judged my recent encounters, but unfortunately they have continued to spiral downward. Opening Day for the NFL and not only did they not have my first choice of draft beer(also Beer of the Month), but they failed to even have it in bottles. Oh Wait — gets much better. Also missing from the opening day drink list Miller Lite draft — beer of the month Miller Lite bottle — beer of the month Absolute — happy hour special Jack Daniels — happy hour special Captain Morgans — happy hour special Slo Ride ipa Dos Equis Lemons — you have got to be kidding me Chardonay — kind of get that — really it is a beer joint And best of all — NOCHEESECURDS. I hope that corporate at BWW’s sees this and determines how badly they have let this location go from a premier site with great management to a complete disaster with complete incompetence at the store management(and regional).

Mango habanero sauce is the best! Do not go here without getting that one. Fries are always good as well. Tall beers on draft usually have some kind of deal or another. We go here to see sports ball games that we don’t care about too much. Every bad experience with service or being sat down too early or late or not at all, yall are doing it wrong. Ask to sit on the patio!

If I could give it zero stars I would. The last couple of times I have been here have been a complete disaster! This last week was the last straw for me. We came in during happy hour and ordered an appetizer and a beer to start. Beer took about 15 mins and the appetizer(queso dip) took about 30 mins to come out. Still dont understand how it took 30 mins to throw cheese sauce not even full to the top in a bowl and throw chips on the side. Our waitress seemed completely overwhelmed and we had to track her down to ask for another round before happy hour ended. Once our order was taken we started the timer curious to how long our actual entrées would take… 50…yes 50 mins for our food to come out… we ordered two burger with mild sauce on them and 10 traditional wings… Burgers both came out with absolutely no sauce and wings were completely cold. When we just mentioned to our server that the food had taken forever and wasn’t even correct, her responce was«thats not my fault» and walked away. we asked for mustard for our burgers that had no sauce on them and she came and threw it down on the table without saying a word. We asked to speak with a manager, first thing he asked when coming up to the table is if eveything was going well… no it wasnt going well… thats why we asked to speak with a manager… One of the members of our party was in the restroom when we were discussing with the manager about everything that had gone wrong during our expierence. He picked up both of the burgers off the table and simply said«ill take them off the bill» in the middle of us eating them! We were furious and decided to leave. Couldnt find our waitress anywhere to get our bill because she was avoiding us at all costs. When we finally tracked her down at one of their server stations she handed us a bill for $ 6.30 for the two beers we had during happy hour. We handed her a 20 dollar bill and she gave us 13 dollars back in change… I have never been the kind of person to not tip someone… but completely rude of her not to give us all of our change back. Hopefully she enjoyed her 70 cent tip she gave herself! WILLNEVERBEBACK!

I was a server for 10 years. I’m a great tipper and very lenient when it comes to service in a restaurant, so for me to write a bad review about service says a lot. We are die hard regulars to this Buffalo Wild Wings, and we’ve recently and regularly had a server named Kristin. Every time we’ve had her she is just awful. The last time was the straw that broke the camel’s back. There were exactly five occupied tables in the dining area(including us), one of those occupied tables was right beside us. There were at least 3 servers working the area. We waited and waited and waited for a server to show up, and one never did. I knew at that moment that our server had to be Kristin and that we were in her section. I watched her walk up to the table beside us TWICE to check on them and she not once turned around just to get our drink order. I finally had to flag down a captain nearby and tell him that apparently we had no server. He said he would tend to it immediately and guess who showed up? That’s right… Kristin. No surprise. She was very attentive after that, but not very friendly. I got the idea that she was pissed at us for maybe getting her into trouble by flagging down a captain. There was noticeable tension throughout our visit. We will continue to visit this Buffalo Wild Wings, but I’m specifically requesting NOT to be seated in Kristin’s section ever again. I’ve had her several times now, and it’s always awful and I’ve had enough of her. If any manager at this restaurant reads this review, I’m telling you that you need to do something about Kristin… being a server is NOT her forte.

This Buffalo Wild Wing is over off HR Parkway and seems relatively new. It is big, has lots of TVs and is what you expect from BWW. We went in on 25 cent wing night and it was busy, but not packed. Our waitress was nice, but new and didn’t know any of the beers and was kind of slow with all things in general. They have a new policy that you order wings in sizes and not by piece, which I find confusing! Still, on .25 cent wing night it didn’t matter. The food was hot and tasty. On a side note — Can I just ask that the BWW people change ONE policy that annoys every single person that walks in to any BWW? Do not ask if you want to sit at a high top or dining area? High top = bar and they won’t seat you(it is seat yourself) and generally if people are standing at the host(less) stand asking for a table that is what they want! It is such a stupid policy and if someone by chance says high top and don’t realize it is the bar, there is always some discussion/argument about it. EVERYPERSON, INEVERYCITY. If we are asking for a table, we want a table. Duh. OK, rant over :)

Buffalo Wild Wings is a pretty good place if you’re craving wings, burgers or other munchies. They have no shortage of flat screens so I wouldn’t bring a date unless she likes sports. It would be great to bring all the boys though for some beers and grub. I give them 3 stars because they are on the pricy side. $ 20 for 12 wings a beer plus tip. Their bone-in wings aren’t very juicy or tender. They have been dry almost every time and not sauced very well. They have asked if they were sauced enough before though as a courtesy check so I appreciated that. Great for a family too, the bar doesn’t get too rowdy.
