I was having problems with my 7 year old kitchen aid trash compactor, ice maker, and washer (all 3 failed at once). I called 3 weeks ago and they did an amazing job identifying the problems, ordering the parts in a timely fashion, and fixing all my issues.
They were very fair on the price and met every time line they said. I highly recommend them for any kitchen/​laundry problems

I will continue to recommend this company to anyone wanting quality service with more than fair pricing. I had a problem with my dishwasher and clothes washer at one time. The price of the concierge service more than paid for itself the first day! If you have appliances– YOU NEED THIS SERVICE!
