Once again these guys took great care of me when I recently wore out my bottom bracket and my cranks would barely turn. They fixed it even faster than their estimate, and got everything working perfectly, as they always do. They even adjusted the brake on my son’s BMX bike for free. Great shop. Thanks guys!

just picked up the new Giro road trans ec70 and mtb Code vr70 and wow are they nice. They guys at the shop have always been very helpful and welcoming. I’ve shopped at two different bike source and at bicycle village, never got a good feeling from any of the three. Oh the Selle Italia saddle that I bought last year is working out so good. Thanks guys!

We purchased a bike for my wife. In general, they were nice while we were buying the bike. Unfortunately, my wife had buyers remorse and we took it in the first thing the next morning when they opened when we had bought it 30 minutes before closing the day before. It was only then that they pointed out the small print on our receipt showing a 15% restocking fee. This was never mentioned when we bought the bike. We were on the fence and would have probably waited had they mentioned this. Instead, it was how fast can we get them to the register to pay. The person at the desk was a total jerk to us and the owner never responded. Nice.
I checked with competitors in the area and none of them had such a policy. Quite a shame since they had been recommended from a friend. We feel railroaded and are not going to eat $ 300 when we had owned it for less than 30 minutes that they had been open.
Be aware that loyalty begins with respect. They fail to realize this basic principle in business.

Came out from San Diego to visit family and needed a little mountain biking fix. Demo’d a bike from these guys and was amazed at the selection they had available.(New model Carbon framed bikes). They were so knowledgable and friendly with no attitude whatsoever! One of the guys helped me choose a bike based on my riding style and trails I was planning on riding and after coming back the next day to pick it up, the tech took the time to go over all the shock settings and set the bike up for me without the typical «here’s what I think you need» attitude.
Everyone from the owner, sales and techs were equally as friendly and eager to help me and make me feel like a fellow rider as opposed to just a customer.

Wow! Their service is amazing! We have not bought a bike there (though we would love to), just simply a pair of shoes. At my next visit, Wade remembers my name. Crazy! I was in looking for some Gel for an upcoming run. They did not have my favorite flavor. The next day we get a call from Wade that he brought some in to give me. Are you kidding me??? Impressive! They also sponsor the local high school mountain bike team! Go see them. They make you feel at home.

Hate taking time to post online but I don’t mind spending a couple of minutes to praise the guys at a LBS, Adrenaline Cycles. I fix my own bikes but just stopping by to say hello and chat with the guys at Adrenaline, especially the owner, Shawn, has made me want to take my bike and spend a few bucks on them because they are so nice and helpful. You may get better pricing online or somewhere else but personal interaction, their enthusiasm in the industry, and their helpfulness make it all worthwhile to pay them a visit.

Its great to see a new bike shop in Highlands Ranch. My bike was damaged from falling off my bike rack when one of my straps broke. Normally I’d take it to Bicycle Pedal’r (Elevation Cycles now), but the mechanics have always been unfriendly so i decided to try Adrenalin Cycles as it just opened near my house. The mechanics were very nice and didn’t try and oversell me on anything. They fixed my bike nicely and charged a fair price… i’ll be taking my bike here from now on.
