Tire Barn was quick good service and actually offers Tires cheaper than other Tire Shops. For those looking for lower cost that go through tires often or have a flat/​leaking one I recommend buying their Falken brand Ohtsu tires at $ 79 each. They will sell you 1 tire if you want that. Great to have that option too!

The façade of this building is hiding a 5 star service gem. Everyone is friendly, helpful and genuine and the tires are competitively priced, with all is the major brands available. The staff was very helpful and replaced my tire quickly.

We’ve been going to Tire Barn for several years for their great prices (at least four sets of tires). But yesterday I got a flat tire on my snowblower, in a blizzard. After the streets got plowed, I brought in this non-​vehicular tire and Bob reseated the valve in a few minutes. Thanks for the help!

Came in about one month ago for some new tires. Luckily I came in on a Sunday morning during a Bears game, so I didn’t have to wait even 5 minutes before my car was pulled in.
I was in-​and-​out in under 35 minutes, and they price-​matched a competitor’s pricing as well.
Tires all have manufacturing dates from only a few months ago. I have no complaints at all about my experience, and therefore rated Tire Barn at 5 out of 5 stars!

Very friendly staff kind of slow but good service. I’ve had them patch tires and install tires. Their prices a some of the cheapest in the area. There’s a waiting area with a TV and a little playhouse for a small child. Also free coffee.

Decent prices, AWFUL service. Hugely understaffed. Weekday or weekend, the waits are incredibly long. Want your tires rotated, even with an appointment? Be prepared to wait up to two hours. Family has five cars and I’ve purchased many sets of tires here. Will never do so again.

Customer service is about the worst I’ve seen anywhere, 3 hours to repair a tire under warrantee from this store. Then they told me I had to wait another hour to put the tire back in the car, I will never deal with the tire barn again. Very unprofessional in every way.

Well, I’m sorry to have to leave such a bad rating for Tire Barn. I called them after they installed tires on my daughters car a few years ago. Her tires needed rotating and I offered to do it when she was home for the holiday. To my surprise, they stripped the threads on the lug nut and I couldn’t get it off without breaking it. I called the shop and they were not very helpful. I have the receipt for the work. The tires have not been touched since we were at the shop. The guy I spoke to was less than helpful and offered no apology, advice or solutions.
Bottom line, get a price quote from them and take it to a dealer where they have professional who install their tires.

OK, tires are not fun. they are a necessary expense. So I went looking for tires on Sunday, got different estimates. But I must say, this store offered the best prices and they were SO fast… even though it was a very busy day for them, it took 45 minutes to get 4 tires. And they had the Brady Bunch on TV, what more could you ask?
