I really do not like giving bad reviews unless it’s really a pattern cuz i dont want to hurt business just because of an isolated incident. I have been to this subway 3 times since I moved to New York b/c its close to my house and each time it’s never a great experience. They never have any fresh tea made. They are never really friendly. They never have the bread made other than wheat or white. And I always feel like im inconveniencing them, don’t worry ill get out of your way, dont ask me twice. DONTGO people!

Wow… I don’t even think they deserve one star, but I had to give them one in order to submit review… I am utterly astounded after going here. For starters the bathroom was gross. It needed a good scrubbing– walls, sink, floor. I felt dirty just going In there. Service– SLOW. They messed up a woman’s order twice. She was standing there pointing at what she wanted on the sandwich they had to remake and they still made mistakes. Despite the long line the workers took their time. They also didn’t clean the tables after customers left, they were all out of ice and they had the napkins behind the counter so I had to go and wait again to ask for more napkins. The staff looked like they couldn’t care less that they were taking their time and disregarding what customers were requesting. Honestly I would not go back here again unless I saw a sign that said«under new management» Customers beware!

The Subway in the Bridgeview Plaza in Highland is managed by a terrific young man named Richard. He is professional and friendly and always greets you with a smile and is sure your food is fresh and made-to-order. I look forward to going to Subway now because of this manager’s service and professionalism. I choose to now go to Subway over McDonalds for the service and for healthier choices.
