If you live in White Lake, Milford or Highland you are in luck! You get a HUGE discount to use the pools and fitness centers at Lakeland High Shcool and Milford High. Non-​residents have to pay extra for daily passes or memberships. They gyms are clean and have nice equipment. They do offer classes like Tai Chi and yoga. Nice indoor walking track, that I think you can use for free if you sign in. They also have weight loss challenges to encourage you. The pools are indoors and stunning! Hot tubs, current pools, lap pools, leisure pools, competition pools and water slides! Zero entry for children, they even have sprinklers and water guns, buckets that dump over. It is a gem in the community. The locker/​shower rooms are clean and safe.
