Terrible, terrible service. I am a college student that came here over winter break to update my prescription and get new glasses. The in-house optometrist was personable and good enough. $ 40 for making sure I(a twenty one year old college student with eight plus years of experience putting in contacts) could put them in. Understandable that he is required to do that by state law, so we paid. Then he charged us again at a later date after we already paid cash in person. The actual retail side of the store was very, very poorly run. The woman who helped us out completed our order, automatically applying every warranty without discussing or asking and begrudgingly answering my questions after pestering enough. Annoying that it happens, but it’s typical at many places so I let it slide. After a week, the frames I ordered arrived in the store. The problem here is, they weren’t the frames I selected. When we returned, we asked to see the woman who helped us place the order: «Oh, that explains it.(name redacted) isn’t with us anymore.» Great. We get it straightened out after talking with management, and the glasses don’t arrive until nearly a month later after they say they will overnight them. I can say with confidence I would never return to this location(or company) and never recommend anyone come here. The quality of service was comically poor, and I strongly recommend you spend your hard earned money somewhere else.

Great selection of frames. Very good service. Prices were kinda high but that was just on the big name brand frames like Prada, etc, so of course it’s expensive.
