I would not recommend this Chevrolet dealer. I had a terrible experience with a new vehicle. The service, sales, and management were not supportive regarding a problem with the vehicle. The issue was not resolved and I left messages and emails with the general manager who did not responded to any of my attempts to contact him. Nevertheless, Feldman Chevrolet was not cooperative in resolving the issue, which is still unresolved. Do yourself a favor and shop at another Chevrolet dealership.

Bought a 2010 Traverse over a year ago — heated seats were added on request but after noticing the tires were quite worn we were told it was too late in the process to negotiate. Less than 1 year after buying it we had to spend $ 600 to replace them. I’m only giving the rating that I am because our salesman, Harry, was great! Would definitely buy from him again if there wasn’t such a bad taste in our mouths from a decision made from higher up. Those tires were not safe for long after we purchased it and we went much longer than we should have before replacing them. Separately is the service dept. We did purchase an extended warranty and took advantage of it with some major repairs but when running into a problem with one repair not listed as being or not being covered we’re able to split the difference. That was fair. So, overall, if it weren’t for one guy trying to put his foot down like we were being greedy we would have purchased our new 2013 equinox from Harry.
