Crossfit MidHudson offers world-class training for any level gym goer. Also an exceptional value considering the personalized training that one gets with highly qualified and certified coaches bringing you along every step of the way. The community aspect is what attracted me immediately with great people of all ages, friendly qualified coaches that preach proper form above everything else. Routine is the enemy and you get nothing routine here and all classes are programmed for you in addition to open gym time as well to work on whatever you need. At CrossFit, you will get fit and strong. At 56, I’ve made some new good friends and I’m in the very best shape of my life. I highly, highly recommend taking advantage of the free trial class to see what it’s all about.

CrossFit is not only a great way to stay in shape, but it is also an amazing community. At CrossFit Mid-Hudson I always feel welcomed and encouraged to try my best and push myself. Whenever I come back from school one of the first places I visit is this box. The coaches provide thorough and helpful instruction and the people that attend each class genuinely care for each other. Crossfit MidHudson offers a one of a kind training experience in a community based atmosphere. Membership allows you access to a ton of functional equipment including: barbells, kettle bells, echo rings, and ropes; all housed within a massive space to use it. There are classes from 5:30AM-6:30PM during which one on one coaching is available to ensure proper use of equipment and improve technique. The box welcomes all training levels, regardless of your goals or athletic background. The programming is progressive and designed to improve athletic performance. The members are all super welcoming and inspiring, which makes for a great training experience.
