No compassion here! Karen knew for over a year that my dog had anal fissures. Yesterday I saw blood and called her office three times today and finally got her in phone at 2:15. Mind you the dog ate chocolate last year and was told «bring her right in!!! «. Today I get «I told you a year ago in August that she had this issue». I say «a year ago doesn’t matter. What happens today is most important». Needless to say I hung up on her ignorance.
