This includes taking a hayride to different areas of Broadview’s fields and getting dropped off (based on what variety of tree you’re looking for). Broadview provides the saws you need to cut down your own tree. When you’ve found the perfect tree, cut it down and then drag it back to the tractor road. You’ll be able to load the tree onto the flatbed and ride back with your tree for bundling.
I like it here because there’s a very large selection of trees and the convenience of the hayride… which is also romantic for couples and fun for families. Plus you know you’re getting the absolutely freshest tree possible, because you’re the one cutting it down!
Be advised — this is a cash or check only business. Don’t try to pay with debit or credit. One year I forgot this and didn’t have the cash on me. No problem, Broadview just took my name and address and I mailed them a check when I got home. How cool is that?
