I attended my first class here back in August 2015. They offer a $ 15 class for first timers. I made my husband come with me and he thought it was going to be simple. WRONG! It was such a difficult experience, but that’s what I loved about it. I felt like it really challenged me to use muscles that I didn’t know I had.
Soon after, I signed up for the 6 month session. I’ve been trying to go consistently– at least 3 times a week. I never leave class thinking that the workout was easy or simple. I can really tell a difference in my body strength and have received a ton of compliments on my appearance.
The facility is a beautiful modern design. The instructors are very helpful and encouraging throughout the workout. The music they play during the workouts is really upbeat which helps keep the intensity throughout the workout.
If you’re looking for a new workout that will push you to new limits, this is it. Give it a try.

Just took my first class at the Pilates Barre Highland Village. Really nice studio with first class equipment.
This is not the traditional reformer core pilates workout. There was a lot of work on the thighs and butt. We were standing during 80% of the class and only did leg circles and frog kick on the reformer. The core work was standing bent over putting A LOT of stress on your wrists. Do not attempt if you have carpal tunnel.
I do recommend trying to see if this work out is for you.

LOVE LOVE LOVE! The best pilates studio in Dallas! So excited that they have opened other studios (Devinshire, University Park and Highland Village). The instructors are great! They just placed brand new beds in all of the studios that allow the bed to split and the have incorporated jump boards into the mix as well (Holy Quad Burn!) The studio is clean, service is wonderful, music is great! Class scheduling has gotten so much better since they have opened additional studios! I have nothing bad to say about this place!
