Experience was 5 star. No complaints. But I have dark hair and I wanted the darkest tint and I have a feeling she didn’t leave the color on long enough to set. I couldn’t tell a difference and she didn’t tell me until after that she won’t have the black tint in for a few weeks. Not sure I’d do
It again.

I had heard about a «lash lift» recently and thought it would be a good fit for me. It’s basically like an eyelash perm :)
I had seen some great before and after pictures online and thought I’d give it a try at the lash lounge.
Everyone there was super nice. I really like my technician as well. I was even happy with my lashes post visit for about an hour or so.
When I got home my boyfriend noticed that a large clump of lashes didn’t curl like the others. Additionally other lashes started losing their curl that day. Some are still curled but I absolutely don’t think it was worth $ 75 plus gratuity.
It’s been about three days since my lift. I thought about going back but don’t want to damage my lashes with another «perm.»
I tired giving feedback to the store email address but receive an error message that the email is not valid.
Extensions world be fun to try in the future but may look somewhere else.

I have been getting lashes for two years now. I recently moved to tx and was glad to have found this place. I have attended this lounge for 4 – 5 months.
Sarah is wonderful and sweet. She always makes sure my lashes are just how I want them, in length, style, and volume. I have also had Pam, who is also very experienced and sweet. I very much enjoy my appointments.
The process is relaxing and is painless, one could fall asleep or take a nap and wake up with an effortless glam look! How awesome is that?!
One go at lashes and you will be hooked! I recommend this lash lounge for sure! You will not be disappointed!

I always leave with gorgeous lashes. my technician was Ryan. she’s new there but she is incredible! she pays attention to detail and doesn’t let you leave until she’s satisfied with her work. none of them fell off, just came out with my natural lash growth cycle. she’s got a customer for life :)
