The staff has been so helpful especially for a novice like me. They listened to my wants and needs and set me up with a wonderful bicycle!
I couldn’t have asked for better quality of service and care.

This place is horrible. I bought the bicycle tune up deal from groupon and so I thought they would tune up the bike. But instead all they did is to clean up the bike and refused to do any tune up work. Then they insisted that it would cost $ 300 to tune it up. Then they offer to sell you a bicycle instead. This is a total scam.

I am new to cycling, and I’m sure it’s obvious. I say this because a friend who got me into it warned me that many local bicycle may tend to be aloof. I found this to be true at Cadence on my first visit, when asking about purchasing a trainer and sensors. The very young person who helped me politely restrained from rolling his eyes at my probably very ignorant questions, but of course there is no hiding it. I did appreciate the politeness, and he did answer my questions. I ended up passing that day.
I went back yesterday, ready to purchase any dual speed/​cadence sensor kit or combo they had in stock. Another very young person spent a few minutes «checking» if they had any, but they did not. I’m still no expert, but what I was asking for seem to be very common items, i.e. Garmin ANT+ speed/​cadence sensors. There are hundreds on Amazon but I wanted to give my local bike shop a try.
In this case, not having this common item in stock, and seemingly not very eager to have me as a customer, I give them three stars. I drove a small ways to another local shop and had a much different (hint, and better) experience. I may visit Cadence again as the need arises, simply because the location is so convenient.

I went to two other shops closer to where i live to get a new chain. Each one quoted me a crazy price and told me it would take 1 – 2 days before they could get to it. Cadence quoted me nearly half the price and did it within 5 minutes while i waited!!!
Selection here is overall pretty good, mostly standard stuff that you might need. They host a lot of events which is just awesome!
Staff is 10 out of 10 and they are the main reason i keep going back.

Great shop! I’m new to the area and needed to find a new shop to take my bike for service. I was apprehensive because I have a higher end bike and wanted to work with someone who knew what they were doing. The guys at the shop were professional and very knowledgeable. They knew exactly what I needed and even had unique knowledge of my bike brand, which is not one of their house brands. They were very thorough without gouging me for work that really didn’t need to be done. They will exceed your expectations!

Best bike shop I’ve ever been to! The staff is super knowledgable and take their time and help you get what’s right for you, not for them. I was very impressed with the detail they took in fitting me to my bike. They even stayed past closing time to make sure everything was right. I highly recommend this shop to anyone that wants to get into biking or is already a seasoned veteran. I really can’t say enough good things about this bike shop!
