PurElements Carpet Cleaning Specialists

We had PurElements come out on an Amazon local coupon. I wasn’t expecting much because we’d had two companies come out in the last year and would do an okay job, but it was still pretty obvious where the traffic patterns were and they both said «there wasn’t much they could do» about it… our carpet was just worn out. It seemed like after the cleaning it would be dirty again within the week. It was frustrating enough that I had been talking about replacing the carpet soon.
I didn’t deal with the technician when he came as my husband was the one that arranged it and towards the end of the cleaning I could hear him say «You’ll want to erect a statue in my name after this…» well, not quite but he went the extra mile, went over the high traffic areas a second time and I couldn’t believe it when I came out of the office… our carpet literally looked new. I was afraid it was just an illusion and the wicking would start but it never did. We did have to dry the carpet with the blower the rest of the day… which he warned us about but it was just as clean when dry.
I wish I had taken a before picture. It looked similar to the some of the ones posted here. I do have an after so you can see it looks new. This is a 5 year old carpet in a home with pets, teenagers and where we eat in the livingroom often along with our kids friends. High traffic with perfectly clean carpet under the furniture.
Isn’t clean carpets the point? I was glad that the technician cared enough about his job to do it right and it’s obvious he takes pride in his work… maybe not a statue but an unexpected Unilocal review might do it. :) We’re planning on using them again for our 4-​plex and other areas of the home.

Carpets were cleaned very nicely, but the man doing the cleaning was quite pushy and did not read that I was unhappy with his demeanor. Even when I was visibly upset with him «helping» move our belongings, he continued on. I would hate to think this unprofessionalism was because I am a woman… But my husband did not receive the same treatment, so I am left with that impression.
But at least our carpets are clean, I guess.
