Can’t wait for ski season to come back! I rented my equipment from Williams last year and will be doing so again this year. The quality of rentals are unmatched in the area, and the Customer Service is top-​notch. They do a great job waxing and sharpening edges, and are friendly and enthusiastic.
Great selection of outdoor clothing as well. Hats, gloves, jackets and goggles. Stellar brands. Looking forward to seeing the snow fall.

My family has been buying our ski equipment from Williams for close to 20 years. We are always treated with respect and happy with our purchases. They are VERY knowledgeable about their stock and want to set you up with the right fit. Their patio selection is very nice. Great customer service and equipment to match!

I was looking to get some patio furniture and I was told Williams was the place to go, by a family friend of mine. The showroom is huge and the furniture is beautiful. My salesman Mark was fantastic, My wife wanted a particular chair and color to go with the table and he was very helpful and he told us it would be a bit longer, but it was worth the wait. We were very happy with the delivery of the table and chairs, the Delivery Driver I want to say his name was Lalo, did such a great job and even moved the table a few times until my wife was happy with the perfect spot on the patio. Excellent service!!! I would recommend Williams if you want a good investment in patio furniture that will last a long time. Our neighbors have even come over and commented on how nice it looks! Purchased a set of wicker furniture from WS&P and regretted ever since. Staff, especially Judy, has no regard for customer satisfaction. WS&P was late with our shipment, never called and when cushions arrived with wrong fabric we were told it was what we ordered, which it was not. But because they had incorrectly noted the incorrect fabric on the order they said take it or leave it. This started in early April and one piece is still missing and they would not give us a date of when we would receive. Will never shop here again. Rude staff and high prices, go figure,

Had a bad experience with a recent purchase of patio furniture. The saleshelp was knowledgeable but gruff. The merchandise arrived 6 weeks after promised date. I called to check on it and they had the delay in their system, but didn’t bother to inform me. Also, the merchandise arrived disassembled. I was never told about that detail. All in all, I will NEVER buy anything from there again.

Several years ago we had purchased a Woodard iron patio set from Williams Ski and Patio and were very satisfied with the product. At the time we had purchased the glass table top without the hole for an umbrella, as that fit our need at the time. A couple of years ago we rearranged our patio and decided that we’d like to have the glass table top with the the hole so as to put an umbrella over the table. No problem, or so we thought. We went back to Williams thinking that it would be an easy matter of seeing if they could order the one with the hole for us. We explained everything to 2 of their sales people, and they, quite frankly, seemed as though they could care less. After some prodding they finally agreed to see if they had any records of what we had bought. Strangely enough, they could find records of several other purchases we had made over the years, but nothing about this particular piece. On top of that, they were extremely rude throughout the process, and indirectly implied that we hadn’t bought it from them. We know we did. We would have had no problem with their simply listening to our story and doing some quick checking to see if the top was available or not, and then letting us know either way. Unfortunately we never got to that point. Their condescending and poatronizing behavior made it clear that they are only interested in making a new sale. Apparently, Williams Ski and Patio is only interested in making the sale, and will not put effort into helping the customer after the fact. We will now be taking our next 40 years’ business elsewhere, and suggest that you do as well. Would have given the no stars if it was possible.

This place is known as Williams Ski & Patio it’s even their website address, but I didn’t want to create a Unilocal double entry. Perhaps Unilocal will correct it since if you go here looking for furniture of the indoor type, you may have wasted your time.
Although, I will say that some of their stuff is off the quality ahem and pricing that you could put it indoors. A real nice selection from the very traditional stuff that you see outside to more contemporary looking teak and metal. The modern stuff looks like what you’d expect to see at a Malibu beach house, Barbie would approve.
In addition to patio furniture they carry supplies to keep your deck in tip top shape, we needed to clean and seal our new decks my husband wanted to use this brand called Penofin and these guys are one of the few places that carry it. They also do repairs, from restoring to re-​strapping.
This is one of the x’pensive Lucy places, not going to kid you about that, but when you’re ready to make an investment in some of the good stuff, this is a place to go.
Maybe I’ll be ready next year, for now I’ll keep my eclectic stuff, hey it’s a little mismatched, some of it was CL and near and dear to my heart are the chairs I bought off of Krsna when they were downsizing. All in due time, because I’m not charging patio furniture, well I will for the miles, but it needs to be one of things that you pay off immediately.
