Could not ask for better service. They are on top of all the details for our trip.

So, before the trip they NEVER asked about dietary restrictions, I had to bring that up.
Allergy to smoke requires a non-​smoking room. Again, they NEVER asked prior to departure and that caused a problem in at least one hotel.
No consistency in hotels. Some were very nice, others qualify as hostels.
They did leave a voice message, after we left, asking for our cell phone number.
Still waiting for a form of some type to provide feedback, I won’t hold my breath ~ my feeling is, they don’t want to hear it.
Find another travel agency and have a great trip.
