UPDATE: After they blew me off on Friday, they said they’d be out Monday to clean my pool. My wife has been waiting for them all day and no one has answered there phone until a few min ago (3pm). The owner told me they won’t be there until tomorrow. I asked him if they could call me ahead of time next time they won’t make it. He pretty much hung up on me and didn’t acknowledge anything I was saying. While they are only $ 70 for a cleaning, I think I’d rather pay $ 150 than be blown off for every single appointment I make with them.
