Can anyone be a fan of a bank? Haha, well, I’m a fan of these guys. I’ve had an account with them for over a year now, and they have been great to work with.
I hate the whole corporate, robotic, bureaucratic, heavy-​handed approaches of the mega-​banks that are everywhere. Hopefully 1st HP doesn’t get swallowed by one of those.
They are friendly, genuine, proactive, thorough, and professional. Their approach to customer service is phenomenal, and I truly feel like they value my business, not just with empty words, but with creative solutions, follow-​up, and willingness to adapt to my idiosyncracies.
This is what a bank should be!
