Been here frequently over there years as I did my undergrad in the area. During undergrad I always felt the place was a bit on the overpriced side of the spectrum because I could get tans for $ 5 or unlimited package deals. I’m not as broke as I was on college but I’d say they’re on par with Hollywood Tans in pricing but a step between small town business and commercial. They do have another EuroBronze in Menlo Park. As far as the service of this place, it varies. Over the years they’ve had a number of different people at this one desk spot, ranging from older men and women and occasional young tanners working. The older ones are the best because they actually clean the place and are attentive. The younger ones are obviously there for the tans and not surprisingly the beds aren’t as clean when they’ve been there. Today I went for a Mystic spray with added bronzer and they were put of the dark bronzer as it was on order. I said I’d take the medium and he didn’t charge me for the additive because they didn’t have what I wanted. I thought that was great customer service, smart move on his part. It actually made me want to write this review. That being said pretty small for a commercialized place so best go on a slow day and time. They have maybe 4 maybe 5 tan rooms altogether and I think only one of them is mystic. Today’s experience was the first I’ve had in a while but it was a good one.

What an adorable salon! Excellent bed selection and you can tell they are well maintained, always feels like lamps are new and you are getting what you pay for. Great student specials and friendly, comfortable atmosphere!

I never write reviews for places but every time I see an ad for this place I think how I’d hate to see anyone else waste their money so alas here I am writing a review. I found this place online and also found a coupon on their website so I figured I’d give them a try. I called them up and scheduled an appt and also asked if I could get the web coupon prices without bringing in the coupon since my printer was acting up. They told me yes so I headed to their store for my appt. Once I arrived there were a couple people arguing in the store, I soon realized they worked there and were mother and daughter(this I differed by listening to them yell. They finished there battle and I thought I’d be helped but the mother started talking on the phone and the daughter went to checking fb on the computer. I was about to leave when the mother yelled at the daughter to help me. I told her I had an appt and mentioned the coupon thing. She immediately told me I had to have the coupon present or she couldn’t honor it(wtf I’d called and asked about this already) she then stats«it’s only $ 6 more» in a condescending tone. I wanted to leave but I had a wedding to attend the next day and severely needed a spray tan and no other salon had an appt availabile. I agreed to pay the price and headed into the stray tan stall to remove my clothing. The mother then followed me in and informed me I’d have to keep my panties on because she wasn’t comfortable having my «junk» in her face while she was spraying me.(This is also a question id called and asked about prior since I didn’t want a tan line). I just agreed to get things moving and tried to adjust my underwear in a way that wouldn’t leave an odd mark. I explained I wanted a light«sun kissed tan» but I guess she decided she knew better because she sprayed me until I looked like Snooki. I waited a while in front of a giant wind fan while I froze and hoped for the spray(that was literally dripping off) to dry. When I’d finally put my clothes on and proceeded to the front to pay, the mother was no where around to check for streaks or splotches. I decided it best to just pay by card and get the hell out. As I handed my card to the daughter she stopped before processing it and said«so how much do I add as tip». I am in no way cheap but who in the Hell says something like that? I told her add 3 dollars and she gave me a look like That wasn’t enough.(I’m sorry with your terrible service I should have tipped nothing). She gave me my receipt and I put it in my purse and walked out. I headed home to take my clothes back off to continue to dry and try and prevent streaks. My bf arrived a couple hours later and almost had a heart attack, he insisted I check myself out in the bathroom. I WASALMOSTBLACKWITHSTREAKSANDSPLOTCHESEVERYWHERE! I went to search in my purse for the receipt to call them and complain when I read my receipt and saw the biggest slap in the face. THEDAUGHTERHADTAKENTHELIBERTYOFADDING A LARGERTIPTHAN I HADSAID! I never called, never complained; I realized people like that don’t give a shit about service or their clients. Only money. I spent the night and the next morning scrubbing myself to try and look somewhat presentable. If took about a week to finally be somewhat back to normal. Needless to say I wasn’t able to attend our friends wedding. I know I just wrote a novel but it’s just because I hope that no one else ever goes to this place, I’d hate for anyone to have this type of experience!

Let me begin by stating, I live in the area. This was my first and last visit to Eurobronze tanning salon. The parking area for this salon is very small and in efforts to properly accommodate their customers this salon has two spots available for customers of the salon only. A potential customer, I parked in one. As soon as I got out of my car I hear a woman yelling at me from behind telling me I cannot park there. Thrown off, I asked her why she didn’t think I was a customer of hers. She gave me a dirty look and repeated I could not park there. Pissed off I got back in my car and left. To me, first impressions are everything. I could care less if the quality of the tan I may have received would have been good, it is clear that their employees are ignorant and rude. I will take my business elsewhere and will never recommend this salon to any of my friends. Maybe the owners of this shop can teach their employees how to properly handle parking situations such as these in efforts to welcome new customers and maintain the few they may have.

I came here because I got a Groupon for spray tans. I’d never had a spray tan before and had no idea what to expect. It was really a bad experience. The person working there was no help. I went into the spray tan room and she disappeared leaving me to figure everything out for myself which will probably lead to me having an uneven tan and it fading early. After the spray tan I had to rush into another booth to dry. I had to figure this one out too because the attendant wasn’t around and I got stuck in there. In addition to these snafus, I was nickel and dimed for everything outside of the spray tan. They had no change for a $ 20 and their credit card machine was broken.

I go tanning here, staff and owners are really nice… prices are a little high but I go because its located so close to Rutgers, the beds are pretty powerful except my butt always ends up darker then everything else when I use the regular beds :-O… so I started using the stand up ones
