I love the employees in the morning, but the pond scum they hire in the afternoons and evenings are serious scam artists. I drove to the drive through speakers and I had to ask the guy to speak normally because he deliberately slurred all of his words to the point I couldn’t talk to him. I ordered a banana royale and drove out after receiving it and I didn’t see any topping other than bananas and whipped cream but I thought maybe they put it on the bottom. After driving 5 miles, I was far enough through the sundae to realize that there wasn’t any toppings at all. I drove back and they two a… holes in the store said that I must have eaten all of the toppings because he put them on. The other guy swore he put them on, but I gave him the sundae and I told him to point out where the toppings were. They told me that I had eaten them and I was lying and just trying to scam them out of another sundae. It is a law of physics that when you put a liquid like caramel or chocolate on something in a cup, it will drain down and there will be residue on the bottom. No residue. Even if I had accidentally eaten it, that would have meant that there was so little topping that it never had a chance to drip to the bottom. Stupid, lying assholes.

A very unfriendly patron environment, very tight for more than a few people. And not handicapped accessible at all. I’m wondering how the tables and chairs on the second floor passed the ADA code as there is no way for a disabled person to access this? Poor enforcement of the ADA rules on the city’s part

I was excited at first, thinking that this new DD would be a great option rather than risking my life trying to get out of the parking lot my at the DD down the street on 41. Wrong. Horribly designed, parking lot is tight and awful. Store has been opened 2 days and curbs are already full of tire scuffs. They built this in too small of an area. When you get inside, the«ordering area» is tight. Absolutely no room on the first floor. The second floor seating area is pointless. It will fit a few HPHS kids, and nobody else. Filthy interior for being open only 48 hours. This store is strictly a drive thru in my mind. Poor planning by the owners and poor planning by the HP board. Coffee and donut were fine.

Today was worse than most. I thought it would be worth waiting through the Skokie/Park stoplight and braving the parking lot to kick off Thanksgiving with donuts and coffee. Brought home a bag of 4 donuts — the two long johns were upside down and mashed, ruining the icing. And the best? One of the two glazed was only ¾ of a donut. Can’t tell if someone had bitten a piece off or what, but there’s no way you miss that sort of thing bagging it up. So I guess that’s the last straw with Dunkin. I’d rather drive to another burb than be disappointed here again.

My stomach hurts! Either the egg is spoiled or the entire bacon, egg, and cheese bagel was expired. The girl at the window couldn’t hear anything I said. Is the food fresh here? Does anyone check the expiration?

As a follow up to my last review of three years ago, I have to say that this place is slipping. I don’t come here often, but ironically my kids soccer practice brought me there on Tuesday AND after the last game of the fall season on Saturday. First of all, let me say that I have always found the service to be super friendly, and the people that work there are really patient with kids and families. However, on Tuesday the Munchkins I received were not very fresh(but it was the evening), and on Saturday the place was a wreck! The tables were dirty, the floors needed to be swept, and the counter had a few receipts sitting on it. I’m thinking the crew working there was completely overwhelmed or had a really busy day and just couldn’t catch up. I don’t know what was going on, but it was gross. The fact that this is a place with lots of kids and family customers, I suggest they get some help in there. On another note, I will say the bathrooms have always been clean. Sure, we’ll be back, but I hope the next time this place will have fresh donuts and a clean table for sitting.

Wow — this is like stealing from the customer! I went through the drive-through this morning. They were busy, but this was unacceptable. As I left the drive-through and lifted my coffee I noticed it felt a bit light. I open the lid to find it a third empty! I cannot believe that they did not notice this prior to putting the lid on my coffee. But they figured I was in the drive-through and would not notice. And I’m guessing some people wouldn’t have. This is simply cheating and stealing from your customer

Made a quick stop at this location on our cross-country road trip. After about 14 hours of driving nonstop and at 11pm, my husband and I both needed an energy jolt to keep us awake until we got to our destination. We were debating whether we should wait to find a McDonalds, but we decided this was closer. Going through the drive-thru, we were not greeted. In fact, we had to ask multiple times if anyone was even there. When the employee finally answered, we ordered a large vanilla latte with whipped cream. The employee repeated our order to us once, and then a second time: «Just to make sure, you said large vanilla latte with whipped cream.» Alright, cool, this guy is triple checking, no big deal. Well, we get our large coffee and drive off. A few miles down the road, I take a sip. Black coffee, no sugar, barely any cream and no whipped cream. You would think after repeating our order to us twice that they would get it right. Nope. Oddly enough, we were still charged for a vanilla latte with whip. Next time, we’ll stick to McDonalds.

As I woke up today, I had no idea what events awaited me. I just ate a moldy bagel, my coffee tastes like dirt, and I want to throw up. This location is horrible.

What you’d want from a fast food place: efficient, clean and polite. Conveniently, they achieve efficiency without making you feel rushed either. The front counter girl was a bit soft spoken, though, which made her hard to hear.

This is a great DD, they always get my order correct(which we all know is rare for a drive thru) they are quick and friendly. Sometimes it gets a little crazy in the parking lot/drive thru during rush hour, but over all my go to DD!

Great staff. Always quick and friendly. This is a very clean store. And you already know what Dunkin Donuts is, right? The parking lot is a little small but that’s not really a problem as there is quick turnover.

Since it’s renovation a couple of years ago, this has been my go to place when I needed to write papers while working or after work. The staff is very nice and besides the music a little loud, I was able to attain the peace I needed to do my work and enjoy a fresh cup of coffee.

Yes, I’m a fan of this DD. This DD is conveniently located on my way to work so it’s nice to get in and then get out and then back on the road again. The place is always fully staffed with helpful and friendly people. The donuts are always fresh and the guys from work haven’t complained about them. They have seasonal donuts which I don’t necessarily like but they do have them. My only complaint is that the parking is a little tight but then you don’t eat a parking lot.
