Daylight Robbery-​Check mileage, warranty, price before you sign
Unbelievable crookedness!
Here is what they did:
1. Change the mileage to void the warranty: Vann York presented 3 different values on three documents generated on the same day! This is a felony under Federal laws:
(A) The sale contract states: 95 829 miles, 488 miles below actual.
(B) The warranty states: 95 289 miles, 1028 miles below as if I have drove the car 1028 miles even before leaving their lot!

2. Denied and breached the Warranty Contract: The managers stole and removed my warranty paper from my sale contract, violating federal law 16 CFR 455. When I faced them with the fact, they denied the warranty and refused to honor it. I got a copy of the warranty from their Human Resources after ~ one month! Still they did not honor it. One of the «smart» managers tried to convince me that oil leak from the engine is not an engine problem and thus not covered by the warranty!
4. Misrepresented the vehicle’s components/​features and accessories
5. Failed to disclosed known problem with the vehicle such as engine oil leak and an invisible torn seat
