The soup was great. Nice and hot. Nothing like getting a bowl of soup to find it Luke warm. The salad was delicious and the ingredients fresh. The food was prepared quickly and the staff was friendly. Only negative is they ask if you want to add a .99 cent pastry to your meal but had barely any pastries left. Mostly all they had left were cookies. To bad there scones are wonderful and I would have loved one.

2⁄3 of the pastas were unavailable and they didn’t tell me this until after I ordered and paid for my food. I don’t like their Alfredo, but I was told it was my only option. I had to pay $ 9 for a dish I didn’t want. Bad service and mediocre Alfredo.

Busy in the mornings so service can be a little slow sometimes but an overall good Panera café!

This Panera location is usually steady depending the time of day. On this visit, the business was clean and we had out order taken quickly. While waiting on our food, several employees were frantically trying to get orders complete. They repeatedly called for a manager to assist them and no one did. After getting my food, I realized I had been overcharged and went back to the counter. The absent manager was now present and corrected the issue. I ordered loaded potato soup in a bread bowl. The soup was thick and full of flavor. The only complaint is have is with a bread bowl, you get about 3 or 4 bites of soup and that’s it. While it’s cool to eat the bowl afterwards, and delicious, I would rather have more soup. The service was adequate and food prepared well. I will return in the future with family.

I love Panera but Bread this location, today is horrible. Food was cold. Green iced tea was watered-down amd last but not least People working were rude. I’ll give them one more chance before I take my money and business elsewhere.

I still love me some panera, however, this location runs out of the spinach/artichoke soufflé every time I really want one. The staff usually says this happens on weekends, but I don’t understand why they don’t prepare for it. Overall, nice staff and fast service.

One of my favorite spots. They offer diet caffeine free Pepsi. Few places do. This a good place to eat. I love their soups and sandwiches. I am on their e-mail list. they sent me an advertisement for signature hot chocolate with chocolate chip marshmallows. I had to try it. It was great I recommend it

I’ve never had a bad experience, but the times I have visited this restaurant, I’ve never been blown out of the water with the service or the food. I usually love my Panera Bread experiences. I would rate this a 4 out of 5 because they aren’t average, but they aren’t excellent.

Great food and great service! I love the salads! I feel like it is somewhat overpriced though!

Great place for a quick lunch. Salads are delightful and a very good selection too. My favorite soup is the black bean. I love getting a bowl when the weather gets a little cooler. Lots of choices sandwiches, soups, salads, and breads. Also bakery items to choose from. Bagels, pastries, etc. Service is fast most of the time even when they are busy.

I really enjoy the bagels, panini sandwiches, and soups at Panera. This location is ALWAYS packed. The parking lot is usually full. There is more parking on the right hand side of the building in a gravel lot. They are usually pretty quick at making the food. My one true complaint is customer service. On my most recent visit, I literally stood at the cash register at the food counter for 3 – 4 minutes before I was even acknowledged. The employees are too busy in their own workplace drama to pay attention to paying customers. Finally one of the employees who was talking to other employees and a supervisor came to ring me up. If something is truly needing immediate attention that requires you to not immediately assist a customer, a simple, «I’ll be with you in just a moment» goes a long way.

Apparently I need to go to this Panera location from now on. I’ve been avoiding Panera for a while after some disappointing visits a while back at a Greensboro location. I felt they were overpriced and lacking on quality. But I was craving an Asian salad, and it was a Sunday, and therefore Chick Fil-A was closed(the horror). I ordered the Asian chicken salad and a Turkey Avacado sandwich to go(nix the turkey, replace with grilled chicken). I asked for extra dressing, two apples, and an extra big glass for water. I got no strange looks as no complaints, only a smile. My order was surprisingly quick, for being peak lunch time. I double checked it only because the deli meat replacement was a specific dietary restriction for my friend and they got it right. Not only that, but that sandwich was hearty! No wimpy sandwich or salad for that matter. I even took notice of the nice apples they put in the bag. I think this Panera location just won me back over!

I really like the food and this place. People are kind and fast but … I definitely can’t give more than 3* for the two following reasons: — their menus are really tricky; when you go outside any combo, you can’t really know how much you will pay until you asked for it. You will for example discover that if you take half a sandwich, you will def not pay half the price of it but almost the price of a complete combo… — they are overpriced to me. It’s good food but almost all the best things are signature one, and easily bring you meal over 10 $. That’s said, I enjoy going there for the sandwiches /soup /salads, chilaxing /work for a while.

Fresh Artisan breads, great bagels and HOT coffee. What more could one ask for under one roof, right? In all honesty, this Panera Bread location is GREAT! The staff is friendly, upbeat and always willing to go that extra mile to make the customer feel valued. The only thing that I am not a fan of with Panera is that they limit your Wi-Fi connection during lunch to 30 mins. Which really sucks if you are on a call or needing to receive an update. Panera, if you are listening, PLEASESTOPDOINGTHIS! Starbucks doesn’t do it! Nor does McDonald’s for that matter. I just don’t get it. Anyway, even when this place is mad busy they still manage to crank out the customers in a timely fashion! Would have given a 4th star if not for the Wi-Fi.

This is my Panera of choice. Even during a busy lunch rush, they’re relatively fast and efficient. The staff is very friendly, and I eat there probably once or twice a month for work lunches.

Food, good. Atmosphere, good. Value, good. Even with the place packed, line going out of the door, this place pumps out great food at a great price. And with the traffic inside and people coming in and out… the place was spotless. Impressive.

It’s your Panera bread co. First visit to a Panera in nearly three years and the first at this High Point location. While many sandwich favorites remain, I miss the salad selections that were omitted from their present menu. I had a frozen mocha, which was good but miss the java chip offered in St. Louis. My Chipotle chicken was good and the wait short. The establishment is medium sized with a tight spaces at the cashier. Very popular with many parking on gravel.

Always friendly staff and a comfortable spot to relax. Good selection of bagels and free refills on coffee. At times there are a few too many free wifi users who have made Panera their personal office for what seems hours on end.

Nice atmosphere and great food. Quiet enough to study or working … great wfc(work from café) place. This location actually was fairly busy for an afternoon. Seemed like a lot of people were either there from work interviews, to moms done shopping, and even a few students taking their time to sit and surf and read on their summer break. Great coffee, and the food wasn’t bad. I have to say that it was rather strange that there was a fly that was on the window sill, and a friend had noticed later on, the same fly was lying on its back like it was dead. Something wrong with this picture… was there pesticide on the window sill? If so, that’s kind of dangerous considering that I put my drinks there. Also another thing to note. The traffic goes one direction. I didn’t notice until I looked on the pavement and saw the arrows, and had to turn around.
