Having a student at High Point University, feeling helpless in NJ, my daughter calls to ask «what do I do, there is a tire error on my car». I googled tire repair in High Point at 6:55pm, spoke with Daniel who said he was closing at 7:00pm, but would wait for my daughter to take care of her car. She was in Greensboro, 20 min away. When she arrived Daniel found a screw in her tire and fixed it within 10 min! Excellent customer service, went above and beyond!!! I would highly recommend High Point Tire & Automotive to everyone! Kudos to Daniel for taking care of our little girl

Dale is a great guy and truly takes care of his customers. After a horrible experience at a local Havoline where they tried to charge me $ 1000 for something that ultimately cost $ 60 to fix, it was refreshing to see the High Point Tire provide excellent service at an extremely fair price. If you live in High Point this is a great place to go for oil changes and car troubles.
