I had 2 large 36″ x 36″ multimedia dimensional paintings and ordered gold and silver floater frames. They came faster than expected and were beautiful, well built and high quality. Well packaged. The size seemed a tad large to add a safety buffer to slightly off-​size canvases. It was easy to install the canvas with the L type of brackets they provided — the frames added an enormous look of quality to the overall impression. I would have liked a few more screws to install the hardware (I had extra screws so no big deal). It came with heavy duty hanging wire also. The price was very good compared to others. Look for the 15% discount. I would order from them again if they had the walnut floater frame I needed for other art… But will check with them first before the others.

) I had a piece of art I needed to have framed for an art show and it was supposed to be an easy process – pick out the frame, pick out the mat, select size of each, order and wait.
Every step of the process was fantastic until I received my frame.
The frame was scratched up and there were razor marks around it and numbers scrawled on the back in wax pencil or something.
Well, it’s too late for returning this and having it re-​sent. It’s a shame. I was very excited to spread the news about this company and let my artist friends know how easy it was and affordable but I’m very disappointed.
I would call them and let them know but it’s not going to do me any good at this point. So I would suggest if you are going to order a frame, do it well in advance so that you have a chance to have it reshipped properly.
