Used Jordan several times and was pleased, but ever since he moved to Lake County his service and responsiveness has declined dramatically. took weeks for him to respond to an email requesting a quote and then after a delay of weeks more he said he couldn’t do it and that I should go to SR Computers which is what he was going to do and then just mark it up!
also did a service call but had to leave before problem was solved because he had to pick up his kids… understand parental responsibilities but that wasn’t what I was paying for!,

As a one person consulting business, I appreciate all too well Jordan’s similar business model.
I took a Windows 7 based HP laptop to Jordan with a hard to diagnose boot problem and he solved the problem within the time and budget he estimated; I know he spent more time on this laptop than he billed me.
As a one man consulting engineering service, I need to know more than the average bloke about computers, but in the future I will take my PC problems to Jordan, as he provides a much more cost effective solution.
