Visited this laundromat earlier in the week for the first time. It was very clean, quiet and welcoming. The man in the front was very kind and played great music. It’s moderately priced. I would recommend this place and will be going back.

Overall EXCELLENT service! The owner Anthony, is so personable and friendly. The staff always greet me on a first name basis (even after a few months of not going because we moved from the area). My clothes are always perfect and they smell amazing!!! My kids can tell what has been washed at home because I cannot find their secret. I have to admit, I tried to find a place closer to my house, but there is no substitution for this kind of quality. I will continue taking my laundry and dry cleaning here! Thank you VJAG!!!

After seeing that they won awards, I was very excited to try this place for the first time. I dropped off my dry cleaning on a Tuesday morning and was told I could pick it up Friday evening. Instead, I came by Saturday morning and was surprised when they could not find my clothing. After searching for it, they finally located it and they told me it was not finished and to come back on Sunday. However, I was leaving for vacation on Sunday so I said I needed it that day. They told me me to pay for everything, take what was finished and come back that evening for the rest. When I came back, again they were unable to find the missing article. I saw it on the rack and pointed it out but it didn’t even have a ticket on it so the woman didn’t want to give it to me. She had to call someone for permission. I don’t even think it was cleaned because it didn’t have the ticket on it and it wasn’t in the wrapping. I was just a little disappointed on the whole process.

I’m very happy with the service here. They do an excellent job with my shirts and are very courteous. In one instance where my pants were mistakenly handed to another customer, the owner follow up promptly and had it re-​cleaned when recovered.

What a treasure to find!!! The absolute best customer service — I had just been discharged from the hospital and truly did not know which way was up and to even think of getting any laundry done when still feeling so ill — doing laundry was not even a possibility! I called and spoke to Anthony the owner– he was here in 30 minutes picked up my 2 large bags of laundry and told me they would be ready to be dropped off by the next afternoon! Amazing customer service! The price is very competitive and no where else in the area is there a pick up and drop off laundry service I cannot say enough wonderful things about this laundromat ! Thank you thank you thank you!!!
