I love the prices the are unbeatable, the owner is wonderful and will discuss different options and will make you have a pleasant experience. It may be small but its very homey and private.

I bought groupon for my mom. But she was very disappointed and unhappy with the service. She kept touching her earrings. She didn’t give her massage which she supposed to get. No feet or hands. When she got home she realized she’s missing one of her earring so she had to go back to get it. She claimed that she fell asleep. Really? Never go back to this place. Do not go to this place.

In a nutshell: I was greeted by an exceptionally pleasant woman. I explained my time restraint so she suggested a mini facial and 30 min massage. The mini facial costs$ 45 and massages worked out to $ 1 per minute. I was extremely achy and definitely went to this«spa» in hopes of a quick fix of relaxation. Let me just say that this place should NOT be called a spa. It is located in an office building and does not even have a private bathroom and the décor leaves A LOT to be desired. I was taken into a room where the spa table was covered with examination table paper not a towel or sheet. The room was hardly warm enough and I was given a blanket that is defintiely reused from client to client. The crunching noise of the tissue paper under me wasn’t the most relaxing thing. The nice lady started my facial first with a generous amount of facial massage applying what she said was an organic product. After the mask was applied and left to dry I turned over to have a back rub. She definitely tried but my back rub was hardly effective and something comparable to an amateur with lotion and definitely did not last 30 minutes but I was fine with that. My facial was resumed and when the extractions started I questioned the safety of my skin. It was very painful but did not last long. In fairness, I did notice that my pores seemed cleaner. Unforturnately, when it was all said and done the mask that had been applied to my face was stuck on my eyelids, IN my eyes, ears and forehead. I spent 30 minutes trying to get the goop off. The nice lady told me that I could wash my face but when I tried the water was freezing and I was too pressed for time for more than a few splashes. I was also very upset that the cheap paper towel I was given just kept it falling apart on my face. She didn’t seem to be aware of the green coating of mask that was stuck to my eyelids. I don’t think she saw it… Perhaps a case of bad vision. I was not relaxed, my skin was a mess, and after tip I was out $ 85 for nothing. It’s been 24 hours since my facial and my cheek bones have a 2 inch circumference of small red boils that burn. I have to add that I get facials quite often and have been to at least a dozen places in the past 2 years. This has been my most unsatisfying experience. I wouldn’t doubt that Trishna is a great place to have your eyebrows threaded or a henna tatoo done but this place was not a spa and I wouldn’t recommend it for the services I had

I bought a Groupon for a signature facial at Trishna and jut had that done today. I have to say that at first sight the place looks run down, sort of like a barber shop, not really a spa. It is not a soothing or relaxing place looks wise. The parking situation is mostly just street parking with broken meters everywhere(but no one checks so it’s ok). There is a sign that says parking in the rear, but there does not seem to be a way to get to the rear, unless perhaps the alley right before the building is the entrance. I just parked in the meter, realized it was broken after I wasted 50 cents and moved on. I was greeted nicely, not overly warm, but politely. I was taken to one of the two rooms they have there, and it looked very run down. It didn’t look dirty, but it also didn’t look like a spa. I was told to change into a gown and lay down facing up. The facial itself was not relaxing by any means. There were extractions, lots of different creams and pastes rubbed onto my entire face, including the top of my eyes, which I found unusual. The steam was very hot and I found it very hard to breathe, especially with all the creams and lotions going up my nose and she rubbed them over my face. Then I was left there with some cucumbers on my eyes and a mask on. After she removed the mask she used a gadget, like an electrocurrent stimulator thing, on my face. It felt ok, didn’t hurt or burn, felt sort of like fish nibbling at your face really. After that she was done. I can’t say what the results were yet — I mean the skin on my face feels good, but I have to say the service was sort of sloppy. I left there with my eyes BURNING, especially since I am a contact lens wearer. My nose was filled with creams, and so was my ear. My hair had cream on it as well that must have fallen as the slabbed that on my face. Even if the results turn out to be amazing it will be difficult to get another facial after this one… she was so nice and sweet, and I am sure a great professional, but the type of facial was just not for me, especially in the way it was done. I don’t like things rubbed on my eyes and dripping on my hair. I also dislike having that stuff up my nose blocking my airways.
