Just brought my car in last minute because my tire pressure light came on and i got nervous! As per usual, Robbie at STS saved the day. Just want people to know that their customer service skills aren’t a one time deal – they are ALWAYS there for you.

On a cloudy and windy day I brought my car in to get an oil change. I was greeted promptly by the assistant manager Robbie Jerone. He explained the benefits of using synthetic oil and promised to check my brakes because I explained that I heard a squeaking sound when I would put my car in reverse. His explanation put me at ease and I left my car to have the service done. Car was returned on time and it turned out that the breaks were good. I couldn’t be more pleased with his warmth and superior customer service skills. I also am pleased to say as a direct result of this experience, I will be using this location for ALL my car care needs.

Either this location has the wrong hours posted on the STS website or they just simply do not like to answer their phones.
Website says they open at 7:30am. I’ve called 4 times in the last hours and 15 minutes with no answer.
I had a question about urgent service needed today. I will move on and give my business to someone who can properly serve their customers.
