Dr. Rhee just cancelled on me for the second time. Both times it was an hour before my appointment. I had a root canal 2 weeks ago and still awaiting my crown. I find this highly unprofessional that they would call me an HOUR before my appointment to cancel – when I took the day off for this appointment. Moreover, he rushes his patients which makes me question the quality of his work. The root canal took me a total of 20 minutes. Which included the time I got in the seat, discussed with the dentist and had the procedure completed. Lastly, they demanded I put in a hundred dollar deposit toward my crown when I had not even got the molding for it done yet. Now I will be fighting to get my 100 deposit back. This place is ridiculous. money hungry. not patient centered.

I hate going to the dentist. From the sounds to the smell, I hate everything about it. That being said, Dr. Rhee is a good dentist. He is professional and has a good bedside manner. He knows I’m terrified if him and he takes extra measures to out me at ease. I now live 30 miles from him but I make the trip to see him vs. someone closer. I recommend Dr. Rhee.

Dr. Rhee is super flexible, personable, and conscientious. He once picked me up from the LIRR train station(I was coming in from Manhattan) since I couldn’t find a way to get to his office from the train station. He was always very even-keeled, laidback and even humorous in moments where most people would be stressed, and he rarely scolds despite mistakes. I live in Queens now, yet I am still committed to him as my dentist because of the quality and affordability of service that I get.
