I’ve been going here for years.
Not only does Sonny do an awesome eyebrow wax, but they take their time compared to other places I’ve been to. Other nail places will massage my leg for 15 seconds and do a crappy job. Not this place. They’ll massage each leg for a few minutes. (The sand feels awesome). They take care of you and thats why I keep coming back.
Its only the man and woman that work here so you need an appointment for the most part (definitely on a Saturday). They are very friendly and appreciative.
Yes, the place is a little outdated but its clean. They vacuum every night so idk what the comment below was talking about.

I walked in to this place… it was empty so I thought yay i can get a mani/pedi…NOPE! There was guy by the front desk that was soooo rude… before letting me say a word… sorry appointments only…
The place itself looked old… and run down a bit…
I was just very shocked by his rudeness… that I walked right out…

I don’t know what this other person is talking about. I’ve been going to Happy Nail for over 10 years. The place is very clean. And yes, you do get a lot more attention and time with a pedicure, so don’t you think that’s worth paying a little extra?
And Sunny is indeed the best with eyebrow waxing. You pay the same as for an eyebrow threading at the mall where you’re leaning back in a chair holding your own eyebrows. Sunny numbs the area first with ice water, massages in cream, and afterwards you get a nice scalp massage, all while lying on a comfortable padded table that can be heated. The best!

This is the absolute best place for an eyebrow wax. Sonny is amazing and thorough. She places cold compresses on your brows so that they do not swell after waxing. She also plucks away the finer hairs. While the cold compresses are soothing the skin, Sonny will give you a quick scalp massage. Happy nails makes going to do a regular maintenance chore into an enjoyed event.
Also, I noticed in a prior review that someone said the place was ancient looking. It appeared today that the carpets had been replaced and looked fresh and clean. For the price, this place is great.

As soon as I sat down, I regretted it. Ancient pedicure chairs, everything there is super grimy looking and the carpet was filthy. I prayed I wouldn’t pick up any kind of fungus or infection.
$ 20 pedicures. The lady that worked on me was very nice and did spend much longer on the leg/​foot massage than most other places offering a regular pedicure. But, that is not enough to bring me back.
