This location is a piece of crap. Crappy games with minimal tickets and crappy prizes. Luckily, I know some tricks to maximize tickets for my little cuz but it’s not something a young child can easily figure out(and it was between just 1 – 2 games). Sure arcade games are for fun not jus tickets but I do think it’s discouraging and unfair for young children. Also, when I was 20 and came here– I was kicked out for not having a parent with me or able to to prove my age on the spot but I clearly was not a child. It was pretty pathetic of the staff. It’s a funny story but pathetic(I’m almost 25 and this still bothers me).

Not a huge fan of chuck e cheese at all, this establishment is such a mess. I brought my daughter here once and never ever again would I come back! This place gets way to packed number one, number two is that this place is filthy and number three majority of the games here are broken. Took my daughter here on a weekend around 6 at night when you first walk in their is a security guard that stamps everyone’s hand so no one can take your child which is actually the only thing this place has going for themselves. Then you get hit with seems like a million families packed into one place(not enjoyable) I felt like I couldn’t breath here and trying to get to one end of this arcade was a mission! way to long. Parents did not watch their kids so while waiting online to play games with my little one their where other kids jumping in front of us(no manners). What am I gonna do fight with little kids? No, so we tried to find another game that was empty but all the games that were empty with no line here were the games that were broken of course. Literally played 5 games altogether and my daughter rode the carousel a million times cause she enjoyed it, and it was a shocker no one really bothered with the carousel. This place is filthy every table I passed had plates and cups just thrown all over the table, half eaten food and beer all over the place. That’s right they serve beer and I believe wine at a children’s arcade are you kidding me??? That’s disgusting I expect this at another place like Dave and busters or an Applebee’s but not from a place where it’s completely catered to children. Exactly why parents did not watch their kid they were drinking instead(irresponsible). I would never in my life come back here or take my daughter here again. Chuck e cheese is atrocious!

Our reservation was at 3pm. Seated quickly and the hostess named Tiffany was MORE than helpful. She was on top of everything. Just told her what I needed once and she brought everything. Def recommend her!!! Kids loved it. But I did hear that the one in flushing/college point area has more games. But we chose this venue bc it’s close to home and doubt the friends would’ve went that far. Either way food was hot and nothing was dirty. Bathrooms were clean. Glad we chose that time bc a bunch of people left. Another bad thing was the ice cream provided by them were freezer burned. Also chucke was really… dead. Husband thought he smoked up before cause oh boy unenthusiastic doesn’t even come close to it. A wave here. A way there. A picture together. That was it. Cmon. Cheer up chucke no matter how much you hate your job. And this is comparing to the chucke from our daughters 6th birthday at Florida. Either way kids loved it!

Worst Chuck E. Cheese’s I’ve ever been to. Half the games didn’t even work. It was basic to say the least. Went with my god daughter for her little friends bday party. Let’s just say they stole a lot of our coins and left us with a bad taste for this chain.

Never was a huge fan of Chuck E Cheese. I mean who wants to hang out with an overgrown rodent? So I’ll start off by saying that this location is visually better than the Hempstead location. It’s also not as crowded and just a better atmosphere for the kids. However, half of the games were out of service and the other half just ate up majority of my tokens. It was honestly just a mess. I wouldn’t have even come here if it wasn’t for my friend’s son’s birthday party. I warned her not to even bother with this franchise because it really is a huge rip off. Every time I come here I feel like I literally took my money and flushed it down the toilet. The games that actually do work, barely give you any tickets. And the ratio of tickets to prize redemption is bananas. From playing at least 15 games, I redeemed 70 tickets. That got me stickers and a quarter sized frog –_– byeeee Next time take me to D&B! At least my kid & I will really enjoy ourselves and I won’t feel like I got ripped off by Master Splinter!

Love this chuck e cheese in comparison to others I have been to. Unlike the Hempstead & Harlem locations, this one is huge and everything is perfectly placed to have a lot of walking and of coarse running space! They have a lot of variety of games. Many games I have seen in bigger arcades. Like fruit ninja! Lol I like that they separated the baby games and rides. So no little kids will be trampled by the bigger overly hyper kids! I had a birthday party here. Though I was a little later then expected. The hostess was very kind and did whatever she could to make my sons party great. Highly recommended

I’ve been to a few Chuck E. Cheeses around and I prefer this location. It can get pretty crowded, especially when school is out on break. There is however plenty of space and room to roam. It’s neat, clean and the staff is generally friendly. Most if the games are designed for the wee ones, so don’t expect a teenager to overly enjoy it. The food passes for edible but I’d suggest grabbing something else in the area either before or after your visit. It’s definitely where a kid can be a kid!

This location was recently renovated and expanded to almost twice the size. The kiddie play park also has been removed. The improvements include newer games, more food eating tables/seats and additional prize ticket counting machines. My son is now 14 years old and he doesn’t mind spending a couple of hours playing games. Decent location because of the big parking lot and a recently opened Big Lots store nearby. The place is clean, the pizza still sucks and the prizes are $ 1 shop worthy but at least it’s a cheaper outing than going to Dave and Busters… especially if you’re bringing additional kids…

This Chuck E Cheese is a bit on the small side(compared to others I have been to), but has all the basics. The Pizza was actually not that bad, and for once a place had diet caffeine free Pepsi, so that’s a plus. The staff did a good job entertaining the kids during the birthday portion. The cake was pretty good. Their game selection was OK, but several were out of service when i was there.

Gotta love Chuck E Cheese’s! I’ve been a fan since I was a kid and now I love bringing my son. This location has good parking and is always very clean inside. The food prices are what you’d expect from a place like this and while I wouldn’t call the pizza good, it is perfect for kids. They actually have a pretty nice salad bar and it’s kept clean and well stocked. I love that they have so many games that are great for a toddler. My son is 3 and there’s a ton of games he can play. Chuck E Cheese shows up every hour or two and does a cute dance with the kids and then give out free tickets. We’re big fans of this location!

Place is pretty clean but the service is really slow… my son and I were the 4th guests there and only ordered a personal pizza but it took literally 30 mins before it got to our table. The maintenance guy was working on at least two machines with extension chord laying around while the kids were running around. One major tripping hazard to include the glass cover that was just left laying around. Very dangerous for he kids.

Zero stars for the«Pizza». It makes Sbarros look like gourmet. But three stars over all, because on a rainy tuesday afternoon, this is actually a pretty good way to kill some time and let your little ones burn off some energy. Better than them sitting in front of the TV. And the place does try to provide a pretty good level of security, so can relax a bit. Not as bad as I was expecting. But avoid the«pizza» at all cost.

Warning Avoid at all cost on a saturday night… with kids running wild everywhere and a skeleton working staff… the experience was pretty bad… Yes it has all the games and activities to keep kids busy, but there needs to be some order in effect. The food service was slow and hardly any tables available because no one was cleaning up after the guests… At least put garbage cans out, so one can clean up after themselves…
