Pretty mediocre experience, based on all the rehearsal studios I’ve been to. Found out they were cash only, after spending 3 hours rehearsing. No signs anywhere mentioning that, none that I saw anyway. The service was okay. The dude working at the front seemed bored and unenthused. It took forever to get us set up. A bunch of things weren’t working. We ended up getting them to work or getting other ones, but it took almost 40 minutes to get everything going and we weren’t given any extra time. Our drummer forgot to bring cymbals and we were able to rent them, but at a charge. The charge wasn’t mentioned until after we played(how convenient) and there’s no listing or mention of that anywhere on their website or on the signage in the studio. The band that was booked to play after us(they appeared to be regulars that were favored by the place) just barged in without asking, 4 minutes before we were supposed to be out of the room. Sure, we were packing up and knew we had to be out, but we did pay for the full time and had a delay setting up mostly due to equipment. You couldn’t tell them to hang outside at least until we were done? Not a great experience and pretty expensive overall. Found some studio in Brooklyn for $ 15 an hour that has a way better set up and more availability that we will be going to from now on.

Actually, we fix everything there constantly, if you find something broken you must tell us, the owners number is on every wall to. Call let him know. Or just tell the engineers. We also have tons of spare stuff, no need for you to practice with something not working correctly. Nothing stays in our rooms broken, that’s what we are known for for 20 years. Thanks .Keep the music alive on long Island.

Don’t go they can’t get their sh*** together, poor equipment, and a badly run business. Stuff breaks all the time they don’t know if theyre coming or going.
