I love this Verizon store!!! Everyone works together as a team to ensure that their customers are taken care of. Always an awesome experience with tons of new gadgets to play with!

I view having to call my wireless provider or enter one of their stores as a necessary evil. I haven’t had a good experience yet — and that’s across the board with every provider I’ve ever had. My issue with this Verizon store was the LONG wait. Crazy long wait. I needed a new sim card… I stood in the store for 70 minutes before I was helped. When I arrived, there were only 3 people ahead of me and it STILL took more than an hour! Meanwhile, there were multiple employees walking around the store, from behind the counter, crossing the floor and entering an «employees only» door then eventually sauntering back to behind the counter and disappearing to a back office behind the wall. SUPERANNOYING to see all these employees casually stop and pick up conversations with the few employees that were serving the waiting customers. They ALL seemed to have such a nonchalant attitude. Not one employee seemed to care at all about customer service or efficiency. When I left there were 12 people in the cue waiting for service. I can’t imagine how long it took them to get what they needed. Sooner or later I am sure I will HAVE to go back… let me tell you, I will be waiting outside the door when they open. I’d rather wait for a few minutes to have them unlock the door than wait for an HOUR, later in the morning.(It was 10:00 am when I showed up today and 11:30 am when I was able to leave.)
