When my family needed help in finding a house to rent, someone referred us to Courtney at Premier Rental Property Management. Courtney went right to work and got us into a beautiful home. I would recommend Courtney to anybody that in search for a home, because not only the professional effort she puts into it, she cares. The whole staff has been wonderful to work with and I thank them.

I don’t even know where to start. Part of it I can blame on the rental company, the other I blame the owners who don’t care that their house is an absolute dump.. Karen knew that were moving in 2 weeks prior yet they never painted the inside of the house… not one single room at all. all they did was sweep and mop! There is paint peeling off walls and doors in almost every room. Crayon marks and scuff marks were everywhere as well. I texted Karen that day and let her know how displeased I was and that it was completely unacceptable. She got painters out there 2 days later yet we only got the masterbedroom/bathroom and the kitchen/sunroom painted. All other rooms weren’t approved to be painted and therefore looked gross and dirty. Not a very good start when you have to live in someone else’s dirt. There were multiple paint cans filled with oil, old shoes, car parts and other general broken down items/trash left in the garage from the previous tenants. The french doors to the garage were rotten and falling apart. Broken glass left in the garage. Parts of the deck are wobbly and I felt unsafe to walk on them. The kitchen faucet leaked so bad(gallons and gallons a day) that we ended up buying a new one at Home Depot since Karen never got back to us. The microwave has a hole in the top of it so if you use it, you might catch the house on fire. The dishwasher runs but doesn’t clean at all… whatsoever. It actually leaves your dishes with a nice greasy film on it. The refrigerator light didn’t work even if you put a fresh light bulb in there, the ice maker didn’t work AND the drawers were held together with duct tape. The owners did buy us a new one since BUT it was a small cheap one from Sears($ 400, I looked it up online) that was way smaller and eventually that ice maker stopped working in that one as well after 4 months. At one point our disposal was leaking so bad that after 6 weeks and MULTIPLE texts to Karen we finally got a new one. I had to text her a picture of the collected dirty water that we were having to empty ever other day to hear anything back. We had to leave bait for mice in the oven drawer b/c I got tired of mouse dropping on the stove. We moved in in the winter and quickly noticed that our gas bill was around 275 $ a month! Turns out the cesspool that is underneath the house has NOINSULATION whatsoever so you’re heating the crawlspace… and the mice that live under stove The outside laundry room has a wall that is down to the studs exposing the pipes to your washer. Of course when it got really cold, our pipes burst because there’s no insulation in there either. Karen got someone out there the next evening but the wall wasn’t fixed properly and the plumber told us that it was the 3rd time he’d been out there for the same reason and that the owners refused to fix it. The floor joists under the house are rotten as well so the structure of the house is definitely iffy. I know this because for a short time my husband and I were thinking of buying it, so we were smart and paid $ 400 to have it inspected. Let’s just say that it failed and we quickly ran away I cannot believe the house is in the condition that it’s in. The owners live in Texas actually know all of this and do nothing about it. They do not care that you live in a dump. All they say is that it’s a great neighborhood so they can charge $ 1450 a month and have no problem doing so. A lot of these problems they knew about because they were in the walk thru inspection form that I signed and sent back to them. I obviously do not recommend this company. It should be illegal, whether it be on the owners or the rental company, but that house is not in proper living conditions. I feel bad for the people that are about to move it. The day we moved out was almost as great as my wedding day. UPDATE: 7÷28÷2015: I am currently disputing them withholding money from my security deposit. «Deep cleaning» and landscaping. Um. we left that place cleaner than we moved in and we had a lawn service take care of the yard twice a month. That house is such a dump and they’re trying to charge me for the upkeep? me thinks not! If Action 9 Investigates can’t help me, I”ll definitely be taking them to court over $ 370 if they don’t return to me whats rightfully mine. It’s the rental companies responsibility to clean and paint between tenants. It sure as hell wasn’t done before we moved it!!! These people are sketchy and evil. I can’t believe they’re still in business.

I agree completely with the other reviewer. We rented a high end home from this company. Terrible communication. We had to request repairs many many times before anything was done. When we did receive a response it was most often tinged with rudeness and passive aggressiveness. I would not rent from them again. Ever!

Not a good company to rent from. We are paying a lot of money and Karen is not responsive at all. I have to call, text and email constantly in order to live in a house that functions. Really not too much to expect or?
