Popeyes

I like Popeye’s food, but what I don’t understand is every time and I do mean every time I go into a Popeye’s to get what ever they are advertising on tv, they are always out of it???
You are running commercials advertising a new product and yet every time I go into a Popeye’s whether its local or while I’m traveling you don’t have any to sell?
I really wanted to try the tabasco red pepper stick chicken tenders, but didn’t get to because the whole time they were being advertised, every time I would go into a Popeye’s and ask for them, they wouldn’t have any.
If you are running national tv commercials for a new product, you need to have that product in stock at all times until the trial period is over.
Popeye’s really needs to step up its game or they are going to loose customers, me included.
With this kind of customer service, its going to be a while before I decide to eat at a Popeye’s again.

My husband and I come here all the time and management is wonderful! And food may take a few min to get out but it’s FRESH and always delicious!!! We come here at least one time a week! Everyone is always very nice :)

Good chicken tenders, sweet tea and onion rings. Everything hot and lots of sauces to choose from. Had to wait a few minutes but worth it.

This place is a joke. we gave our order went got our drinks and sat down to literally sit for 18 minutes exactly just to ask the people if my order was ready yet just to find out that it wasn’t the manager just sat there in the back just talking with a girl actually they were talking and playing around when I drove up but in any case after waiting an aditional 5 min the food was cold how in Haiti’s should my food be cold 2 surf & turfs with an extra drum stick this was my first and last time visiting Popeyes chicken and someone needs to keep their
eye on the management
