I was very interested in looking at a unit the other day. I went to the Miller & Associates office and noticed the back door had a sign that said«Please use front door». So I went to the front door to notice a sign that said«Please use back door». I ended up walking up the steps and going in the front since it was unclear which door to use. As soon as I walked in, an older lady asked me «Did you not read the sign?» to which I replied«Yes, I did. But your back door says to use the front door so I didn’t know which one to use.» She said they put that sign there because the steps were icy(bad weather that day). Not making much of it, I moved on and asked for a key to see a unit. She replied, «Honey, we’re about to close(because of the weather). You have to fill out an application online and we’re not giving keys out today». Because of this brief RUDE interaction, I will not be pursuing a unit from them. I would suggest you speak to potential renters more kindly.

Terrible. Never came out to fix things that were broken, have to call and call just to get someone to come out. And the guy didn’t know how to fix anything, so we were told everytime to buy the item ourselves or they would just remove it from the apartment because they wouldn’t fix it. Also had no deadbolt on the back door and they refused to install one, resulting in our apartment being attempted to be broken into. The lady at the front to the office also has a sour attitude over anything and everything, everything was fine until we signed the papers. Things that needed fixed would be done, nice staff, etc. And after the signing it was over, will NEVER rent from them again!!!
