Chick-fil-A

We’ve eaten here twice, the first and last time. Our 2 sandwiches were so full of gristle we couldn’t eat them. Threw them in the trash and left to never return. Hardee’s and grocery store frozen chicken sandwiches are superior to what we were served at this Chick-​Fil-​A. We haven’t darkened the door of any Chick-​Fil-​A since and don’t intend too.

Fries are overly salty and the chicken was dry requested a replacement and we received the same exact thing. Ask for manager was told to be out in a minute waited15 minutes and finally left.

Stopped here on the way to our vacation spot in the mountains and have to say I have experience much better at other Chick-Fi-La’s. The person who took my order made several errors that I had to correct quite a few times. I felt he was trying to rush and complete my order before I was actually done with what I was wanting. They even added an extra kids meal which I don’t even recall asking for. The fries were very salty and we did not eat them. Maybe I caught them on a bad day?

Completely chock-​a-​block full at all times. Controversy INCREASED their business!

No surprise here… as a whole, Chick-​fil-​a is always impressive. NO other fast food chain offers customer service like Chick-​fil-​a. I don’t eat fast food much, but when I do, I love knowing that the experience will be a good one when I go to a Chick-​fil-​a. New to Hickory, we were REALLY pleased with this particular location. SUPER friendly staff and they have a lot going on each month … kid’s night with freebies is especially nice for those of us with young ones. The place has been clean and well-​kept every time we have visited. There always seems to be at least one staff member circulating the dining area to refill drinks, bring napkins or perform general clean-​up. Seriously, this place offers better service than many sit-​down restaurants! We’ll be regulars here. :)
