I wish I could leave zero stars. Steve, the manager is probably the rudest person I have ever encountered. After ruining a wool scarf (which was washed without my permission), Steve was a nightmare in getting it returned. Horrible (zero) customer service. Please take your business elsewhere not only for the quality but for the service. Wyke’s Cleaners down the road is awesome. I hope this helps someone from having the experience I did.
