Burger King

That’s the last straw with this place. I’ve probably been there 30 times and they have screwed up my order 10 of those. Unbelievable.

A MUST if you enjoy cold food that is supposed to be hot, terrible customer service, and the employees getting your order wrong on a very consistent basis.

Came here again for the ice cream cone love the texture of it, hoping that the texture would be like all the other BK’s fail they just can’t get it right will not return again gave them some time to fix it but I guess they can’t get it right

Just stopped by for a quick ice coffee and breakfast sandwich. My first sip of ice coffee was nothing but grounds. There were more found in my cup than the filter and terrible tasting sandwich. I’m never expecting great food from a fast food but at least strive for decent.

My Croissan’wich. Was made with the scrambled eggs they had lying around instead of a new, folded, one-​piece egg. Granted it was 1015 and nearing the close of breakfast, but standards should be maintained or don’t offer it. Egg was falling out all over the place.
Yolanda took my order. Asked for a breakfast number 1… Got just a Croissan’wich. No drink or side. I’ll take partial blame for that for not verifying before I walked away from the counter. Also got more things that were correct so I didn’t realize the price total was wildly off.
Child of one of the workers was playing in the dining area unsupervised. Listened to regulars comment on how often they see the child. She didn’t misbehave but I’m against unsupervised children at your place of work.
Everything else taste wise was consistent and what I was expecting (which is a good thing). Speed of order was on par to good.
Saw a waste of a lot of Tator tots as breakfast ended. At least enough to fill a five gallon bucket.
Second register used to break my $ 100 was left ajar. Doesn’t affect me but doubt that was franchise policy.

I feel like this location always has problems. The coke always tastes like they forget to change the syrup when it’s empty, and they always get the order wrong. Usually I can overlook that because, hey, it is fast food and I can usually just take off whatever or put on whatever by myself. However, they are rude. I went through the drive through and the younger girl at the window was pretty rude. «what do you want», and when I pulled up to give her my money. she looked at my like I killed her grandma or something. Rolled her eyes, and took my card. Sorry I’m supporting your business? The food was subpar. The bread was stale and the fries were cold. Only good part was the lady at the second window, she was very sweet and helpful.

I like burger king but the big king (big mac) version is tasteless. Whopper & chicken sandwich tastes way better.

The morning crew here is AWESOME! Never had a problem. Tonight was one of the very few times we’ve visited there and it was terrible. The drive through clerk had a bad attitude and gave us wrong product information, as well as took our order wrong. But what’s worse is that when I called the managers attitude was 10x’s more horrific. I think she thought I was looking for a comp. Not I, I never accept a comp I just like to let it be known that I did not get what I paid for at your establishment. She was as defensive as if I insulted her. I chopped it up as maybe they received a lot of calls tonight, on account of the terrible service they are dishing out this beautiful night of 26 Feb.

Let me caveat this review by stating that I come here during non-​peak hours (0530) and via the drive thru. I order a sausage egg and cheese croissan’wich, pay and pick up in all of about 2 minutes. I have no problems with service here but did notice that their prices continually creep up. The breakfast croissan’wich used to be $ 3.79 now they want $ 4.09 for it. It’s getting a little pricey. Overall I enjoy the meal only problem is the price.

Every time I come to this Burger King my order is screwed up. Last time I came here they screwed up my order three times in a row today, they screwed it up another three times in a row. The employees didn’t seem to care that they’re Messing up but I was polite it first. Unfortunately this is the closest Burger King to us. The service here is horrible. I asked for fresh chicken fries and onion rings because mine were cold and they gave me both from the same order they just did. i’m so unhappy with the service here this will be my last time visiting Burger King on Hickam.

This place always screws up orders! I just ordered a whopper junior with cheese no tomato and no ketchup… I repeated my order to 3 different people and one of them is the person who made the burger… Guess what I got? A burger with tomato cheese lettuce pickles and ketchup! And no fucking burger!
Management should all be fired from here!
They don’t even deserve that one star!

What was Burger King’s motto back in the day? Have it your way??? Not at this Burger King… They make it their way. The A Holes actually will improvise when they are out of ingredients. One time my wife got the BBQ Pulled Pork sandwich, they didn’t have the Carolina BBQ sauce, so they decided to put mayo on it. They do this almost every time we come here. It has almost become a game to see what the hell we are going to get. This time around I got Carolina BBQ sauce on my BBQ rib sandwich. It is supposed to be regular BBQ. What a joke.

Seriously!!! They have NO BURGERS!!! Apparently the grill has been down for over a week and they have at least 2 more to go.

Honestly, I am a fast food junkie. I can admit that. I also WAY prefer BK over McDonalds any day yet despite all that, this place makes me want to never eat fast food again.
They ALWAYS get my order wrong or forget something. They are not helpful. Out of every time we’ve been there they’ve got our order right twice out of probably like 20. And when you go inside or whatever to correct it, they act like its your fault that your order is inaccurate.
Save your money and go else where. Just because its the only drive thru does not mean you should go here! AT ALL!

If there was no stars… This Burger King would get it. There has never been one time in which my order was placed correctly. To top it off, the employees are rude! Today I got a salad and they didn’t put in the ranch dressing, My daughter got a kids meal nuggets and they didnt put in the bbq sauce.
Today I had to wait for 30 minutes to order and get my food. I wouldn’t mind waiting if the service was good but its not. This place gives all other Burger Kings a bad name.

They mess up our order every stinkin time. Not instead of pulling up to check the order I do it right there at the window. I the when i use to pull up, check it then have I go in to get it fixed — defeats the purpose of a drive thu .lol.
Always get a
1) Kids double hamburger meal only ketchup. /​first off the double hamburger throws them off .lol. & it’s never only ketchup.
2) kids double cheese burger meal, plain. Never plain.
3) I always as for extra lettuce & extra pickles. Alway forgets the lettuce.
4) hubby hates lettuce. He doesn’t even waist his time to alter his order .lol. Just «removes the grass» when we get home.
The only reason we go there is on late dinner nights when i don’t get off work till 6pm & am to tired to cook. It’s the only dive through on base.
& they always forget to give us the stupid toy :/​when I ask for one for the kids they roll their eye as if I’m asking for something free .lol. Like extra napkins
O an another complaint — I haaate when they over full the sodas, put the lid on ands it to me. I don’t wan my cup holder sticky, risk getting ants in my new can do of course I have to ask them to wipe the cups off .lol. And of course that pisses them off.
My first job was McD’s so I know what it’s like I work fat food but come in ppl you are getting paid to do a job. Do what you were hired to do… With a freakin smile.
If you are to incompetent to flip burgers, listen & take simple order — get retrained or go sleep on the side walk.

I told myself I’d bring homelunch whenever I come to work. But we headed to Burger King after a commander’s call, and I was surprised at how fast the line went. It was a really long line because we were there right at peak lunch hours, but I got to a cashier quickly … and I got my food quickly. That was the big surprise because sometimes I wait for a long time when I go to Burger King.
I’m also trying to cut back on the beef that I consume, so I got a #10 … a fish sandwich or something like that. It was really greasy and oily, and I was not a fan of that. I told them no mayo, and no mayo. I hate it when I tell them no mayo or something like that and they disregard my wishes. No bueno. But this was pretty good. I like this location. Only 3 stars though because I felt so unhealthy after eating here. I’m going to continue to bring homelunch.

Even now, I’m scratching my head, thinking «How can a place this terrible be in business?»
I get to the drive-​thru intercom, and the lady pleasantly asks me in her heavy filipino accent if I would like to try a combo, and before I can even answer her, she’s like «HELLO SIR? SIR? HELLO?» and then immediately comes back with «ORDER WHEN YOU’RE READY SIR.»
A shrug of the shoulders, a funny-​looking lip twist, and a quick «whatever» eyebrow lift, and I’m over it, ready to order. «Can I have a whopper jr combo with…»
«SIR. WHAT WAS THAT? HELLO SIR? WHAT DID YOU ORDER? SIR»
So now I’m thinking maybe the intercom system machine thing is not working, so I try to speak louder and as clearly as possible.
Then she has the nerve to come back. «SIR, DO NOT YELL AT ME SIR. JUST REPEAT YOUR ORDER!»
So now, I’m heated. I really start to shout my order. «WHOPPER JR COMBO!»
Fast-​forward to actually paying for the meal, I pull up to the window and the speaker is perfectly fine, loud and clear. So I’m giving aunty Imelda Marcos the crazy eye, holding out my debit card, and she snatches it out my hand. Then she has the balls to cover her mic and shout «SIR, YOU HAVE TO SPEAK UP AND SPEAK CLEARLY WHEN YOU ORDER.»
Like for real, what just happen? Aunty Imelda just slammed me for not speaking up?
Dang…
I should have went to McDonald’s…

#6 Chicken Crisp sandwhich is the only reason I go here, ohh and the fries !!!
